Tyrese Maxey had 27 points (8-of-22 FGs), one rebound, three assists, one steal and five 3-pointers against the Cavaliers on Saturday.
It wasn’t much of a game as the 76ers were no match for the Cavaliers without Joel Embiid in the lineup. Maxey ended up hoisting 22 shots. He wasn’t efficient, but managed to pour in 27 points as well as knock down five 3-pointers. He just had three assists, but fantasy managers will take that scoring production from the 24-year-old point guard. Given the 126-99 final score, it could’ve been much worse.
  • DEN Center #15
Personalize your Rotoworld feed by favoriting players
Nikola Jokic (illness) is out four Wednesday’s game against the Clippers.
Jokic also missed Tuesday’s game against the Celtics with an illness. Dario Saric started at center, though DeAndre Jordan played a few more minutes off the bench. Neither were effective enough to recommend using as streamers.
  • ATL Center #17
Onyeka Okongwu (facial contusion) is questionable for Thursday’s game against Phoenix.
Okongwu’s availability for Thursday night is uncertain, but he has appeared in Atlanta’s last five games. If he cannot play against the Suns, Dominick Barlow may be pressed into action as Clint Capela’s backup. There’s no need to stream Barlow.
  • ATL Power Forward #1
Jalen Johnson (right shoulder soreness) is out for Thursday’s game against the Suns.
Johnson is set to miss his third start game as he continues to deal with a shoulder injury. Garrison Matthews will be back in the rotation with Johnson out, though he’s proven to be a volatile streamer off the bench.
  • ATL Shooting Guard #13
Bogdan Bogdanovic (left lower leg contusion) is probable for Thursday’s game against Phoenix.
Bogdanovic has played in two of Atlanta’s last three games, sitting out Saturday’s loss to the Clippers due to it being the second of a back-to-back. The probable tag suggests he’ll be available in Phoenix, providing depth and scoring off the bench.
  • ATL Point Guard #11
Trae Young (right Achilles tendinitis) is probable for Thursday’s game against the Suns.
Young continues to be listed as probable with an Achilles injury, though he hasn’t missed any games lately. Unless he suffers a setback, expect the 26-year-old point guard to suit up again Thursday and play without limitations.
  • UTA Small Forward #28
Brice Sensabaugh (illness) is questionable for Thursday’s game against the Heat.
Sensabaugh did not play in Tuesday’s loss to Atlanta, resulting in more rotation minutes for Patty Mills. While the veteran guard hit three 3-pointers, he isn’t worth streaming if Sensabaugh remains out. As for the second-year wing, he’ll have value if cleared to return.
  • UTA Power Forward #20
John Collins (left hip injury management) is out for Thursday’s game against the Heat.
After missing Tuesday’s loss to the Hawks for personal reasons, Collins is back on the injury report due to a lingering hip injury. Johnny Juzang should remain in the starting lineup. While he can provide 3-pointers in that role, Juzang is a risky streaming play in this spot.
  • UTA Point Guard #3
Keyonte George (left heel soreness) is out for Thursday’s game against the Heat.
This will be George’s third straight missed game with a heel injury. Brice Sensabaugh has benefited from George missing the last couple games and could be in line to do so again, though he’s questionable with an illness.
  • NYK Point Guard #2
Miles McBride (strained left hamstring) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Raptors.
This will be McBride’s fourth straight missed game with a hamstring injury. The 24-year-old point guard’s absence opens up minutes for Cameron Payne and Landry Shamet. It’s still tough to rely on either in fantasy given how much Tom Thibodeau typically chooses to play his starters.
  • NYK Power Forward #32
Karl-Anthony Towns (right patellar tendinopathy) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Raptors.
Towns is available to play after sitting out Monday’s loss to the Magic. His return means Jericho Sims heads back to the bench and is not worth streaming in fantasy leagues.
