Day’Ron Sharpe finished Monday’s loss to Cleveland with 15 points (5-of-10 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), seven rebounds, one assist, three steals, and one 3-pointer in 20 minutes.
Having begun the season on the sideline due to a hamstring injury, Sharpe has not been on the fantasy radar. However, he has reached double figures in two straight games, with Monday’s performance being his best of the season. There’s no need to add Sharpe now, but with the Nets trading Dennis Schroder on Sunday, they may be getting a head start on the “silly season.” Sharpe’s name is one to file away for later in the season.
  • LAL Center #11

Jaxson Hayes will replace Anthony Davis in the starting lineup for Thursday’s game against the Trail Blazers.
Davis will not play on Thursday due to a sprained left ankle. Hayes moves into the starting lineup and is worth streaming in this spot. Austin Reaves, Max Christie, Rui Hachimura, and LeBron James will complete the quintet. Christian Koloko will re-enter the rotation, but he is not worth the streaming risk in most leagues.
  • SAC Small Forward #13
Keegan Murray (left ankle soreness) is doubtful to play against the Grizzlies on Friday.
Murray missed the Kings’ last game and is expected to be sidelined for another. Keon Ellis got the start in his place and contributed nine points, four steals, two blocks and three 3-pointers in 38 minutes. Interim head coach Doug Christie seems to favor Ellis more than Mike Brown did, making him worthy of a stream.
  • GSW Power Forward #23
Draymond Green (left low back contusion) will play against Philadelphia on Thursday.
As expected, Green will suit up for Golden State in this game. He’s coming off a weak performance against Cleveland, though his minutes were capped due to the lopsided score. They’ll look to get back on track as a team in this game.
  • GSW Point Guard #30
Stephen Curry (right thumb sprain) is now probable for Thursday’s game against the 76ers.
Considered questionable on the initial injury report, Curry is now probable to play, according to Warriors coach Steve Kerr. If cleared, he’ll take his usual place in the starting lineup, and Buddy Hield misses out on a bump to his fantasy value.
  • MEM Small Forward #3
Jake LaRavia (right ankle sprain) is questionable to play against the Kings on Friday.
LaRavia missed their last game on Tuesday after exiting early on Sunday. His absence opened up extra minutes for Luke Kennard, who played well in the increased opportunity. However, LaRavia’s potential return would likely cut into Kennard’s role and limit his production.
  • MEM Point Guard #17
Yuki Kawamura (left shoulder soreness) is out for Friday’s game against the Suns.
Kawamura is not in the Grizzlies’ rotation when healthy, so his availability does not impact fantasy basketball.
  • MEM Power Forward #15
Brandon Clarke (left soleus strain) is questionable for Friday’s game against the Kings.
Clarke has been sidelined for Memphis’ last two games, most recently missing Tuesday’s win over the Suns. His absence has freed up additional minutes for Jay Huff, who still is not at the point where he should be streamed in most fantasy leagues. If Clarke can play and Zach Edey (concussion) remains sidelined, he may start alongside Jaren Jackson Jr., bumping John Konchar to the bench.
  • MEM Center #14
Zach Edey (concussion protocol) is questionable to play against Sacramento on Friday.
Edey has missed the team’s last two games, which has allowed John Konchar to start in his place, with Jaren Jackson Jr. sliding over to center. That should change if Edey returns to the lineup for this game, though if Brandon Clarke (calf) plays and Edey doesn’t, he could be the one that starts.
  • ATL Shooting Guard #13
Bogdan Bogdanovic (lower left leg contusion) is questionable for Friday’s game against the Lakers.
Bogdanovic has missed Atlanta’s last five games, with his most recent appearance occurring on December 21. His absence means De’Andre Hunter has added importance among the Hawks reserves, and he has played well enough to merit being rostered in some standard leagues. Garrison Mathews, who started the last game for Jalen Johnson, also has increased fantasy value when Bogdanovic sits.
  • ATL Power Forward #1
Jalen Johnson (right shoulder soreness) is questionable to play against the Lakers on Friday.
Johnson missed their last game against Denver, which allowed Garrison Mathews to slide into a smaller starting unit and for rookie Zaccharie Risacher to play a larger role. If Johnson is out again, the lineup should look the same, though neither beneficiary will be worth streaming.
