  • MIN Power Forward #30

Julius Randle lit up the Lakers with 21 points (7-of-16 FGs, 7-of-8 FTs), five rebounds, three assists and one steal on Friday.
Randle did most of his work in the first half of this game and entered the break with 15 points. While he wasn’t able to get much going after that, he still was able to have his highest-scoring game of the month. Randle has seen his numbers take a hit in his first year with Minnesota, which shouldn’t be that surprising. Still, he has been more efficient and still ranks inside the top-100 in 9-cat leagues. He didn’t get any 3-pointers to fall in this game, but that shouldn’t be a pattern moving forward.
  • NYK Point Guard #2

Miles McBride (hamstring tightness) will not play in Wednesday’s game against the Jazz.
McBride was expected to start for the injured Jalen Brunson, but he was pulled from the lineup shortly before tipoff. Shortly before halftime, it was confirmed that McBride would not play. Cameron Payne will play significant minutes, and Tyler Kolek picked up a few minutes off the bench.
  • WAS Shooting Guard #0
Bilal Coulibaly (illness) is out for the rest of Wednesday’s game against the Bulls.
Coulibaly played nine minutes in the first half of Wednesday’s game before exiting due to illness. His early departure has freed up minutes for Malcolm Brogdon, who played 14 minutes off the bench in the first half. However, if Coulibaly misses time, it may allow Kyle Kuzma to return to the starting lineup.
  • LAL Point Guard #7
Gabe Vincent (left oblique strain) is questionable for Thursday’s game against the Trail Blazers.
Vincent did not play in Tuesday’s loss to the Cavaliers, resulting in Shake Milton playing 10 minutes off the bench in his Lakers debut. Even if Vincent cannot play against Portland, Milton is not worth rostering. The only way either has value is if LeBron James doesn’t play and he’s absent from the injury report.
  • LAL Power Forward #3
Anthony Davis (left ankle sprain) is questionable for Thursday’s game against Portland.
Davis was also questionable for Tuesday’s loss to the Cavaliers, but he started and played 37 minutes. Expect a similar situation on Thursday, with Jaxson Hayes as his backup. If Davis cannot play, Christian Koloko could re-enter the rotation.
  • POR Point Guard #5
Dalano Banton (left hip contusion) is questionable for Thursday’s game against the Lakers.
Banton has missed five of Portland’s last six games due to injury. His absences have freed up even more playing time for Scoot Henderson, who has played good basketball recently. Henderson’s fantasy value has increased, and he’ll be even more valuable later in the season.
  • POR Power Forward #9
Jerami Grant (facial contusion) is out for Thursday’s game against the Lakers.
Grant will miss a second straight game with the facial contusion, which means another start for Deni Avdija. Already rostered in most standard leagues, Avdija is worthy of streaming consideration in some shallow formats.
  • ATL Shooting Guard #13
Bogdan Bogdanovic (lower left leg contusion) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Nuggets.
No surprise here as Bogdanovic was listed as doubtful after missing the last four games. With Jalen Johnson also out, it’s very likely Atlanta will lean on De’Andre Hunter for offense against the Nuggets Wednesday.
  • ATL Shooting Guard #5
Dyson Daniels (illness) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Nuggets.
Daniels is back just in time as the Hawks will be without Jalen Johnson Wednesday. Daniels should see increased usage as a playmaker for Atlanta’s offense and should be in all fantasy lineups tonight.
  • ATL Power Forward #1
Jalen Johnson (right shoulder soreness) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Nuggets.
Johnson popped up on the injury report with a shoulder injury Wednesday, signifying that he was on the wrong side of questionable. Indeed, the 23-year-old power forward will miss Wednesday’s game and it’s a big loss for Atlanta. Dyson Daniels (illness) is back and will have an increased playmaking role. With Johnson and Bogdan Bogdanovic out, De’Andre Hunter should be in line for a huge role, even if he’s not in the starting lineup.
  • ATL Point Guard #11
Trae Young (right Achilles tendonitis) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Nuggets.
Young had been consistently showing up on the injury report with a heel injury, but he’s now back to dealing with an Achilles, which was a problem for him earlier this year. Either way, the 26-year-old point guard is continuing to suit up and play without limitations.
