Klay Thompson logged 25 minutes in Saturday’s win over the Raptors, tallying 20 points (8-of-16 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), five rebounds, one steal, and three 3-pointers.
Thompson’s transition to Dallas hasn’t gone smoothly, but Saturday’s effort represents a step in the right direction. Against the Raptors, he notched his third 20-point game of the season and first since November 12. Thompson was just 3-of-9 from beyond the arc, but scoring 20 on a night when Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving tallied 30 and 29, respectively, is more important.
