Rotoworld

  • MIA Small Forward #22

Jimmy Butler (right knee soreness) is available for Saturday’s game against Phoenix.
Butler was initially probable for Saturday’s game, so the status upgrade was expected. He’ll occupy his usual place in the starting lineup, pushing Jaime Jaquez Jr. to the bench. Jaquez will still have deep-league fantasy value, but his ceiling is considerably lower with Butler in the lineup.
  • POR Center #26

Duop Reath (back soreness) is doubtful to play against the Spurs on Friday.
With Deandre Ayton, Donovan Clingan and Robert Williams all questionable, Reath’s expected absence isn’t going to have much of an impact. Jabari Walker would be next in line if all of them are sidelined, but the odds of that happening are low.
  • POR Center #2
Deandre Ayton (illness) is questionable to play against San Antonio on Friday.
Both Donovan Clingan and Robert Williams practiced fully on Thursday and are now questionable to play in this game. With all three center options questionable, the rotation will depend entirely on who is available. Ayton should be the starter if he’s healthy, with Clingan next in line.
  • DEN Point Guard #27
Jamal Murray (right hamstring inflammation) is questionable to play against the Clippers on Friday.
Murray has missed Denver’s last two games, which has allowed Russell Westbrook to start in his place. Westbrook will return to the bench if Murray is back, but he’ll be a decent streaming option if Murray remains sidelined.
  • DEN Shooting Guard #0
Christian Braun (right quad contusion) and Aaron Gordon (right calf strain) are probable to play against the Clippers on Friday.
Denver should once again have both of these starters available as they look to get a second straight win. Julian Strawther and Peyton Watson likely won’t get a chance to move into the starting lineup for this game.
  • DEN Power Forward #9
Dario Saric (left ankle sprain) has been ruled out for Friday’s game against the Clippers.
  • TOR Center #19
Jakob Poeltl (back spasms) has now checked into Thursday’s game against Miami.
Poeltl checked in just two minutes into the game. Barring a change, he should play his typical role for the remainder of this game. The managers that were upset about Poeltl being a late scratch can now rejoice.
  • SAS Power Forward #23
Zach Collins (bilateral low back contusion) has been ruled out for Friday’s game against Portland.
Collins exited early from their last game, which allowed Charles Bassey to log 18 minutes off the bench. He had 16 points, 12 rebounds and four blocks and should be a decent streaming option with Collins out for this game.
  • SAS Shooting Guard #5
Stephon Castle (left shoulder contusion) has been ruled out for Friday’s matchup with the Trail Blazers.
This will be the first absence of Castle’ career, and he has been a consistent part of the starting unit over the past month. Devin Vassell or Jeremy Sochan will likely move back into the starting unit with Castle out.
  • LAC Small Forward #7
Amir Coffey (right shoulder contusion) is not on the injury report for Friday’s matchup with the Nuggets.
Coffey missed the Clippers’ last game, which allowed Kevin Porter Jr. to start in his return to the lineup. With Coffey back to play against Denver, KPJ will likely be pushed out of the starting unit.
  • LAC Center #4
Mo Bamba (left knee injury management) is not on the injury report for Friday’s matchup with Denver.
Bamba will be back after missing their last game, which means that he’ll fill out the backup center minutes behind Ivica Zubac. Kai Jones benefitted from Bamba’s absence, but neither player is fantasy relevant.
