Rotoworld

Toumani Camara (right foot injury) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Lakers.
Camara exited early during their last game, which allowed Deni Avdija to start the second half in his place. Head coach Chauncey Billups said that Camara didn’t practice on Saturday, but their next game after Sunday will be on Friday, so he’ll have time to recover. Avdija should see a nice fantasy boost on Sunday as the starter in place of Camara.

Joel Embiid (left foot sprain, sinus fracture) is questionable to play against the Trail Blazers on Monday.
  • UTA Power Forward #20
John Collins (left hip contusion) is doubtful to play against the Nuggets on Monday.
Collins has missed the team’s last three games and is expected to miss a fourth straight on Monday. With both Collins and Keyonte George out for their last game, Jordan Clarkson and rookie Cody Williams were part of the team’s starting unit. George is questionable, which means one of them will return to the bench if he plays, though at least one will continue to start with Collins likely sidelined.
  • UTA Point Guard #3
Keyonte George (left ankle sprain) is questionable for Monday’s game against the Nuggets.
George has missed Utah’s last four games, resulting in more time on the ball for Collin Sexton. Jordan Clarkson started alongside Sexton on Saturday and could retain that role if George cannot play against the Nuggets. The move into the starting lineup slightly boosts his value, but Clarkson is only worth streaming consideration and not a “must-add.”
  • HOU Small Forward #17
Tari Eason (lower left leg injury management) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Heat.
Eason was once again a game-time decision, and Sunday’s game will be the sixth straight on the sideline for the Rockets forward. Dillon Brooks’ return to the lineup will help Houston depth-wise, while Cam Whitmore should remain in the rotation with Eason and Jae’Sean Tate (illness) out. Whitmore and Amen Thompson will provide value off the bench, with the latter already rostered in most standard leagues.
  • OKC Point Guard #22
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Cason Wallace, Luguentz Dort, Jalen Williams, and Isaiah Hartenstein will start Sunday’s game against Memphis.
Wallace (quad) and Dort (ankle) are back in the lineup after sitting out Saturday’s win over the Hornets. Their returns mean Ajay Mitchell and Aaron Wiggins head to the bench, offering minimal fantasy value as reserves. Gilgeous-Alexander, Jalen Williams, and Hartenstein will occupy their usual places in the starting lineup.
  • MEM Point Guard #1
The Grizzlies will start Scotty Pippen Jr., Jaylen Wells, Desmond Bane, John Konchar and Jaren Jackson Jr. against the Thunder on Sunday.
With both Ja Morant (shoulder) and Zach Edey (concussion) sidelined, Memphis will roll out a smaller starting unit for this game, which features JJJ at center. Pippen Jr. will replace Morant, and he has been a must-roster player when he gets to start this season.
  • MIA Power Forward #42
Miami will start Tyler Herro, Terry Rozier, Haywood Highsmith, Kevin Love and Bam Adebayo against Houston on Sunday.
With Duncan Robinson sidelined, Rozier and Love will get the starts, with Jaime Jaquez Jr. being moved back to the bench. This will be the first start since November 17th for both Rozier and Love, and both should see a significant boost in both minutes and production.
  • MIA Small Forward #5
Nikola Jovic (left ankle sprain) has been cleared to play against the Rockets on Sunday.
Jovic will be able to play through this ankle injury again, but his role has been too inconsistent to rely on him in most formats. He had just four points, two rebounds and one assist in 18 minutes off the bench on Saturday.
  • MEM Power Forward #15
Brandon Clarke (right knee soreness) has been ruled out for Sunday’s matchup with Oklahoma City.
Clarke will join Zach Edey and Santi Aldama on the sidelines for this game, which means that there will be plenty of available minutes down low. Memphis will have to rely on some smaller lineups, though Jaren Jackson Jr. and Jay Huff should fill out the center minutes.
  • BKN Power Forward #21
Noah Clowney produced a stat line of 13 points (4-of-7 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), two rebounds, and three 3-pointers in 28 minutes in Sunday’s loss to the Magic.
With the Nets trading Dorian Finney-Smith to the Lakers (the deal became official during Sunday’s game), Clowney was back in the starting lineup after coming off the bench on Friday. He got off to a slow start before offering fantasy managers some redemption with 13 points and a few 3-pointers. Those who added Clowney should not get discouraged; Rome wasn’t built in a day. And with the Nets established as “sellers” ahead of the February trade deadline, Clowney won’t lack opportunities to show what he’s capable of.
