Tristan da Silva tallied eight points (3-of-5 FGs), two rebounds, and two 3-pointers in 22 minutes in Tuesday’s loss to the Knicks.
Da Silva was a late addition to the Magic starting lineup, as Goga Bitadze was scratched due to a sprained ankle. While the rookie wasn’t a liability on the court, he didn’t provide much value to fantasy managers. There may be more starts in Da Silva’s future if Bitadze misses more time, but he isn’t worth streaming in most fantasy leagues.

Kobe Brown (back injury management) will not play in Wednesday’s game against Minnesota.
Wednesday’s game will be the fifth Brown missed due to his back injury. His absence will not impact fantasy basketball, as he’s been on the back end of the Clippers’ rotation when healthy.
  • LAC Shooting Guard #14
Terance Mann (fractured middle finger, left hand) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Timberwolves.
According to Law Murray of The Athletic, Mann fractured his finger during Tuesday’s win over Portland and is expected to be sidelined for an extended period. With Norman Powell (hamstring) also sitting out Wednesday’s game, Amir Coffey is the player fantasy managers should target. Jordan Miller is a risky play in this spot, but more minutes will also be available to him.
  • LAC Point Guard #77
Kevin Porter Jr. (left ankle sprain) will not play in Wednesday’s game against the Timberwolves.
Wednesday’s game will be the third straight on the sideline for Porter, whose absence frees up additional minutes for Amir Coffey. Also, Jordan Miller has moved into the rotation recently but is unlikely to be a reliable streamer in this spot.
  • LAC Small Forward #24
Norman Powell (left hamstring strain) has been ruled out for Wednesday’s Clippers-Timberwolves matchup.
Powell is back out of the rotation after lighting it up with 30 points in 25 minutes his last time out. Amir Coffey and Nic Batum will be among the wings asked to step up during his absence.
  • NOP Power Forward #1
Zion Williamson (left hamstring strain) will be re-evaluated in two weeks.
Williamson has been out since early November, and it was announced that he’d be sidelined indefinitely. He’ll go another two weeks before the Pelicans evaluate his hamstring and determine the next steps in his recovery process. Trey Murphy and Yves Missi are of greater importance to the Pelicans, with Williamson sidelined, and both should be rostered wherever they are available.
  • NOP Shooting Guard #24
Jordan Hawkins (lumbar spine annular fissure) will be re-evaluated in one week.
After missing eight of nine games in November with a back issue, Hawkins returned to make three appearances before he was sidelined again. He’ll miss at least one more week of action before the Pelicans evaluate his progress. Hawkins’ absence doesn’t significantly impact fantasy basketball, but it does leave a team light on bench options shorthanded.
  • NOP Point Guard #15
Jose Alvarado (left hamstring strain) is progressing in his recovery and will be re-evaluated in two weeks.
Alvarado has been sidelined since early November, and he’s unlikely to return until just before Christmas. The good news for the Pelicans is that the recent returns of Dejounte Murray and CJ McCollum have bolstered their depth on the perimeter. Those two will continue to handle most of the playmaking responsibilities, with Brandon Boston Jr. coming off the bench.
  • PHI Center #21
Joel Embiid (left knee injury management), Paul George (left knee injury recovery), Kyle Lowry (right hip injury recovery) and Andre Drummond (right ankle sprain) are all out for Wednesday’s tilt with Orlando.
The 76ers - particularly the star duo of Embiid and Podcast P - can’t stay healthy this season, and a number of key players will be out against the Magic. Philly started Kelly Oubre, Tyrese Maxey, KJ Martin, Guerschon Yabusele and George on Monday. He could be replaced by rookie Jared McCain alongside the four aforementioned starters.
  • NOP Small Forward #14
Brandon Ingram (right plantaris tendonitis) and Herb Jones (right shoulder strain) went through full walkthroughs on Wednesday.
According to coach Willie Green, “he’s hopeful that both can make their return against Phoenix.” Ingram has missed five straight games, and Jones has been sidelined since October 29. Their availability would be a huge boon to the injury-ravaged Pelicans lineup.
  • LAL Shooting Guard #15
Austin Reaves (left pelvic contusion) is out for Wednesday’s matchup with Miami.
Reaves will miss a third straight game, opening the door for D’Angelo Russell to remain with the first unit. D’Lo dropped 20 points against Minnesota on Monday while filling in for Reaves.
