Zach Edey (left ankle sprain) is out for Sunday’s game against the Pacers.
Edey has been out for nearly two weeks, and there’s hope he’ll be available soon. Sunday will not be the day, with the Grizzlies announcing that he’s out. Brandon Clarke’s role as starting center should remain the same even after Edey returns.
  • SAS Power Forward #1
Personalize your Rotoworld feed by favoriting players
Chris Paul, Stephon Castle, Julian Champagnie, Harrison Barnes, and Victor Wembanyama will start Sunday’s game against the Pelicans.
Wembanyama is back in the starting lineup after missing two games with a back injury. His return pushes Zach Collins to the bench, eliminating most of his fantasy value. The other four starters are unchanged.
  • MEM Point Guard #1
Scotty Pippen Jr., Marcus Smart, Jaylen Wells, Jaren Jackson Jr., and Brandon Clarke will start Sunday’s game against the Wizards.
The Grizzlies, who won in Boston on Saturday, are without Ja Morant (back) and Desmond Bane (toe) for Sunday’s game. Pippen and Smart move into the starting lineup and will have added fantasy value due to the high-profile absences. The other three starters are unchanged.
  • BKN Center #33
Nic Claxton had 21 points (9-of-14 FGs), 10 rebounds, four assists, three steals and two blocks against the Bucks on Sunday.
Sunday’s game was a step in the right direction for Claxton. He had 21 points on 14 shots, made all three of his free throws and impacted the game on the defensive end with three steals and two blocks. Fantasy managers will certainly take that after what’s been a rough start to the year for the 25-year-old center.
  • NOP Small Forward #25
Dejounte Murray, CJ McCollum, Herb Jones, Trey Murphy, and Yves Missi will start Saturday’s game against the Spurs.
The Pelicans are without Brandon Ingram indefinitely after he injured his ankle during Saturday’s loss to the Thunder. Murphy, who’s already rostered in most standard leagues, moves into the starting lineup. He should be a popular target in shallow leagues.
  • BKN Point Guard #17
Dennis Schroder had 34 points (13-of-19 FG), three rebounds, 11 assists and four 3-pointers against the Bucks on Sunday.
Schroder’s 34 points were a team-high. He led the team in shots as he continues to take on more of a scoring role with Cam Thomas out. Schroder was efficient, though, as he made 13-of-19 shots from the field and 4-of-7 3-point attempts. He also dished out 11 assists without turning the ball over. He was +6 in 34 minutes in the five-point loss. The Nets have just one game in the upcoming week against the Grizzlies on Friday.
  • MIL Small Forward #22
Khris Middleton had 11 points (3-of-8 FG), two rebounds, six assists and one 3-pointer against the Nets on Sunday.
Middleton is still coming off the bench and playing only around 20 minutes per game since returning from ankle surgery. That won’t last forever, though, so fantasy managers should soon prepare for the 33-year-old small forward to return to the starting the lineup and playing a full complement of minutes. He’s not quite there yet, though.
  • MIL Point Guard #0
Damian Lillard had 15 points (2-of-7 FG), six rebounds, 11 assists, one steal and two 3-pointers against the Nets on Sunday.
It was an unusual game for Lillard, who only took seven shots from the field. He still got to the foul line 11 times and made nine free throws. Lillard turned the ball over seven times and was -11 in the Bucks’ five-point victory. Milwaukee was three games in the upcoming week, starting with the Magic on Tuesday.
  • WAS Power Forward #22
Richaun Holmes (illness) is out for Sunday’s game against the Grizzlies.
Holmes has been downgraded from questionable to out, but his status does not impact fantasy basketball or the Wizards’ rotation.
  • MIL Power Forward #34
Giannis Antetokounmpo had 34 points (14-of-22 FG), 11 rebounds, four assists, one steal and three blocks in the Bucks’ 118-113 victory over the Nets on Sunday.
Giannis’ 34 points were a team-high as Damian Lillard only took seven shots from the floor in 39 minutes. He’s now scored at least 30 points in seven of his last eight games. Milwaukee has three games in the upcoming week, starting with the Magic on Tuesday.
  • ORL Small Forward #23
Jalen Suggs, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Tristan da Silva, Wendell Carter Jr., and Goga Bitadze will start Sunday’s game against Phoenix.
With Paolo Banchero already sidelined with a torn oblique muscle, the Magic lost Franz Wagner to the same injury on Saturday. Da Silva moves into the starting lineup but remains a risky streaming play due to his lack of scoring. Also, Anthony Black, Cole Anthony, and even Jett Howard will have more opportunities to produce for the shorthanded Magic.
