Zach Edey (left ankle sprain) is out for Sunday’s game against the Pacers.
Edey has been out for nearly two weeks, and there’s hope he’ll be available soon. Sunday will not be the day, with the Grizzlies announcing that he’s out. Brandon Clarke’s role as starting center should remain the same even after Edey returns.
  • MEM Shooting Guard #22

Desmond Bane (left toe soreness) is questionable to play against Boston on Saturday.
Bane hasn’t missed a game in almost a month, but he is a late addition to the injury report for this game. If he is forced to sit out, Marcus Smart may be able to get the starting nod in return to Boston.
  • BKN Power Forward #21
Noah Clowney (left ankle sprain) is questionable to play against the Bucks on Sunday.
Clowney returned to practice on Saturday, and there is a chance that he returns to the lineup on Sunday. He was expected to be re-evaluated on Wednesday, so this would be an early return for him. Whenever he’s back, Day’Ron Sharpe will be pushed out of the rotation.
  • BKN Small Forward #28
Dorian Finney-Smith (left ankle sprain) is not on the injury report for Sunday’s game against the Bucks.
DFS missed their last four games, but he should be back against Milwaukee. Jalen Wilson or Keon Johnson will likely be pushed back to the bench with DFS returning, though there should still be plenty of minutes for both.
  • BOS Power Forward #8
Kristaps Porzingis (left leg injury management) is not on the injury report for Saturday’s matchup with Detroit.
Porzingis sat out of Friday’s game against Milwaukee, but he’ll be back in the mix against the Pistons. Al Horford will sit out this game after playing on Friday, so Porzingis will fill the starting center role.
  • BOS Point Guard #9
Derrick White (right foot sprain) is probable to play against the Grizzlies on Saturday.
White should be good to go on the second night of a back-to-back after struggling in 38 minutes on Friday night. He should see his normal workload as the Celtics look to win their fourth straight game.
  • BOS Center #42
Al Horford (left big toe sprain) has been ruled out for Saturday’s game against Memphis.
As expected, Horford will sit out this game after playing the first leg of the back-to-back on Friday. Kristaps Porzingis sat out that game, and he should fill the starting center spot against the Grizzlies.
  • CHA Power Forward #67
The Hornets will start Vasilije Micic, Brandon Miller, Josh Green, Cody Martin and Taj Gibson against Cleveland on Saturday.
With both Nick Richards and Moussa Diabate sidelined for this game, Gibson will enter the starting unit. He isn’t a great fantasy option, even with the extended role. Mark Williams will continue to play a limited role off the bench as they ease him back into the rotation.
  • CLE Power Forward #32
The Cavs will start Darius Garland, Donovan Mitchell, Dean Wade, Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen against the Hornets on Saturday.
With Isaac Okoro sidelined due to the left knee contusion that forced him to exit early from their last game, Wade will return to the starting unit in his place. Caris LeVert should see some extra minutes off the bench, and he will be a better fantasy option than Wade.
  • NYK Power Forward #32
Karl-Anthony Towns (right knee patellar tendinopathy) is questionable to play against the Pistons on Saturday.
KAT is a late addition to the injury report, and if he is forced to miss this game, Precious Achiuwa and Jericho Sims will be the two center options for New York in this game. Achiuwa should start and be the better streaming option.
  • BKN Power Forward #21
Noah Clowney (left ankle sprain) returned to practice on Saturday.
There was no indication of how much Clowney was able to participate in practice, but he was there on Saturday. His two-week re-evaluation is supposed to be on Wednesday, but this is a good sign that he may be back soon. Day’Ron Sharpe has taken on a small reserve role recently, but he’ll be pushed back out of the rotation when Clowney returns.
