Rotoworld

  • OKC Point Guard #14
Personalize your Rotoworld feed by favoriting players
Adam Flagler (right hand contusion) is questionable for Friday’s game against the Lakers.
Flagler was not available for Wednesday’s win over the Warriors, and his absence did not impact fantasy basketball or the Thunder rotation.
  • SAS Shooting Guard #24
Personalize your Rotoworld feed by favoriting players
Devin Vassell had 23 points (8-of-20 FGs), three rebounds, two assists, one steal, two blocks and four 3-pointers against the Heat on Sunday.
Vassell now has four straight games with at least 21 points and at least three made 3-pointers. The 24-year-old shooting guard is playing like the player we’ve seen in previous years over the last four games. It’s possible he’s just getting back in the swing of things now after dealing with injuries earlier this season.
  • SAS Power Forward #1
Victor Wembanyama had 21 points (8-of-18 FGs), 10 rebounds, three assists, one block and three 3-pointers against the Heat on Sunday.
  • OKC Small Forward #8
Jalen Williams (right hip strain) is out for Sundau’s game against the Nets.
Williams, a late addition to the Thunder injury report, will not play on Sunday night. His absence will mean more minutes for Aaron Wiggins, Isaiah Joe, and Kenrich Williams. While Wiggins and Joe offer higher offensive ceilings, “Kenny Hustle” is a capable perimeter shooter who can also provide rebounds and steals.
  • OKC Point Guard #2
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (right wrist soreness) is available for Sunday’s game against the Nets.
Gilgeous-Alexander missed Friday’s game against the Mavericks with a wrist injury. His return will push Aaron Wiggins back to the bench. The 26-year-old point guard should be in all fantasy lineups, though the game against the Nets could get out of hand and the Thunder would have no reason to push SGA in this one.
  • NOP Center #21
Yves Missi (illness) is questionable for Monday’s game against the Jazz.
Missi did not play in Friday’s win over the Jazz, with Daniel Theis replacing him in the starting lineup. Even if the rookie is available on Monday, his fantasy ceiling will be limited due to New Orleans’ need for additional spacing next to Zion Williamson. Therefore, Theis may still be worth a look in extremely deep leagues due to his perimeter shooting ability.
  • NOP Point Guard #5
Dejounte Murray (right elbow bursitis) is probable for Monday’s game against the Jazz.
Murray was also probable for Friday’s win over Utah, a game in which he played 25 minutes. He should occupy his usual place in the Pelicans’ starting lineup as the point guard. Murray’s minutes on Friday were limited due to the nature of the game, which New Orleans held firm control of throughout the fourth quarter. Jose Alvarado will play more minutes if Murray is limited or cannot play.
  • MIA Shooting Guard #2
Terry Rozier finished Sunday’s win over San Antonio with 20 points (7-of-14 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, five assists, one steal, and four 3-pointers in 30 minutes.
Having averaged 9.8 points on 41.4% shooting in his previous six outings, Rozier had one of his best games on Sunday. Reaching the 20-point mark for the third time this season and the first since December 21, Scary Terry is ranked outside the top 200 in 9-cat formats over the past month. He’s one of the players negatively impacted by Jimmy Butler’s return, as Rozier was dropped to the bench. However, he’s struggled regardless of role, underlining the importance of Saturday’s effort.
  • MIA Shooting Guard #55
Duncan Robinson shot 8-of-12 from the field in Sunday’s win over San Antonio, tallying 21 points, five rebounds, two assists, and five 3-pointers in 28 minutes.
Having scored 26 points on 8-of-30 shooting in his previous five games, Robinson needed a day like Sunday. The 21 points are the most he’s scored in a game since December 8, when he tallied 23 in a win over the Cavaliers. Jimmy Butler (8/3/7/0/2 in 28 minutes) returning to action ensures Robinson a place in the starting lineup due to the need for his shooting ability. On Sunday, he made the most of his opportunities, a reminder of what he can provide to deep-league fantasy lineups.
  • MIA Point Guard #14
Tyler Herro shot 7-of-12 from the field and 2-of-2 from the foul line in Sunday’s win over San Antonio, accounting for 18 points, six rebounds, seven assists, one steal, and two 3-pointers in 33 minutes.
Herro’s streak of games with at least 22 points ended at five on Sunday, but that’s the only negative from a solid performance. He’s dished out seven assists or more twice in Miami’s last 11 games, so fantasy managers received a welcome boost in that category. And with five other Heat players scoring in double figures, there wasn’t as much pressure on Herro to force the issue as a scorer. Miami begins a three-game Week 13 on Tuesday against Portland.
  • NOP Power Forward #1
Zion Williamson (illness) is questionable for Monday’s game against the Jazz.
Williamson has been sitting out one game of back-to-backs, but otherwise playing for the Pelicans lately. The 24-year-old power forward is listed as questionable with an illness against the Jazz. Javonte Green could be in line for another spot start if Williamson is out Monday.
