Bruce Brown (return to competition conditioning) is out for Friday’s game against the Heat.
Brown’s continued absence will not impact fantasy basketball, as he has not appeared in a game this season. It’s unknown when he’ll be available to play, but Brown reaching the conditioning part of the process is a positive sign after he underwent offseason knee surgery.

De’Aaron Fox, Malik Monk, DeMar DeRozan, Keegan Murray, and Domantas Sabonis will start Sunday’s game against the Spurs.
  • BOS Point Guard #11
Payton Pritchard provided a boost off the bench with 24 points (7-of-16 FGs), seven rebounds, three assists, one block and three 3-pointers against Cleveland on Sunday.
With Derrick White and Jaylen Brown sidelined, Pritchard took on extra minutes in this game. He was part of the team’s closing unit and scored eight points in the final 15 seconds of this game to nearly help Boston leave Cleveland with a win. This is the first night of a back-to-back, which means that there will likely be more absences against Miami on Monday. Regardless, Pritchard’s role has been consistent this season, and he has been on fire lately. This was his third straight game with at least 20 points, which is his longest streak of the season.
  • NOP Small Forward #25
Trey Murphy amassed 11 points (3-of-14 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, two assists, one steal, and three 3-pointers in 29 minutes in Sunday’s loss to the Knicks.
  • NOP Point Guard #5
Dejounte Murray accounted for 10 points (5-of-17 FGs), eight rebounds, five assists, three steals, and one blocked shot in 30 minutes in Sunday’s loss to the Knicks.
  • NOP Center #21
Yves Missi finished Sunday’s loss to the Knicks with 11 points (5-of-7 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs), eight rebounds, one assist, and one blocked shot in 20 minutes.
  • NOP Shooting Guard #3
CJ McCollum shot 6-of-16 from the field and 1-of-1 from the foul line in Sunday’s 118-85 loss to the Knicks, scoring 13 points with three rebounds, three assists, and one steal in 25 minutes.
  • NYK Small Forward #8
OG Anunoby played 31 minutes in Sunday’s win over New Orleans, finishing with seven points (2-of-10 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), four rebounds, two assists, three steals, and four blocked shots.
  • NYK Power Forward #32
Karl-Anthony Towns tallied 14 points (4-of-12 FGs, 5-of-5 FTs), 19 rebounds, two assists, one steal, one blocked shot, and one 3-pointer in 25 minutes in Sunday’s win over the Pelicans.
  • NYK Point Guard #11
Jalen Brunson finished Sunday’s win over New Orleans with 16 points (4-of-11 FGs, 5-of-5 FTs), two rebounds, nine assists, and three 3-pointers in 26 minutes.
Brunson didn’t have the best night shooting the basketball, but fantasy managers received solid value in the form of a game-high nine assists. He’s accounted for at least nine helpers in five of his last eight outings and has been a top-5 player in 9-cat formats over the previous two weeks. Brunson and the Knicks play six games during Week 7, which spans two weeks in Yahoo leagues, beginning with the Magic on Tuesday.
  • NYK Small Forward #25
Mikal Bridges logged 36 minutes in Sunday’s 118-85 win over the Pelicans, accumulating 31 points (12-of-19 FGs), four rebounds, one assist, one block, and seven 3-pointers.
For all the external concerns regarding Bridges’ start to the season, the Knicks did not seem too bothered. Their faith was rewarded on Sunday, as Bridges notched a new season-high with 31 points and tied his career-high with seven 3-pointers. He’s providing top-100 per-game value in 9-cat formats. While that isn’t on par with his Yahoo ADP (54), Bridges’ production has not fallen off a proverbial cliff. New York plays four games during the first portion of Week 7, beginning with the NBA Cup East Group A decider against Orlando on Tuesday.
