Tyrese Martin went off in Wednesday’s win over Phoenix, tallying 30 points (10-of-13 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), four rebounds, two assists, and eight 3-pointers in 27 minutes.
What a night for Martin, whose previous career-high was six points. He came out firing and did not stop until he’d hit the 30-point mark, and the Nets were headed home with their third straight win on the road. Fantasy managers should not expect Martin to continue on this path, but Brooklyn’s many injuries have opened the door for others to step up. Trendon Watford (18 points, two rebounds, three assists, and two 3-pointers in 21 minutes) is a more reliable streaming option.

Jonas Valanciunas shot 6-of-9 from the field and 4-of-4 from the foul line in Saturday’s loss to the Bucks, scoring 16 points with seven rebounds, five assists, and one steal in 31 minutes.
  • WAS Point Guard #15
Malcolm Brogdon accounted for 29 points (10-of-15 FGs, 7-of-7 FTs), 11 rebounds, three assists, one block, and two 3-pointers in 30 minutes in Saturday’s loss to Milwaukee.
  • WAS Shooting Guard #13
Jordan Poole played 34 minutes in Saturday’s 124-114 loss to Milwaukee, scoring 31 points (10-of-23 FGs, 8-of-9 FTs), four rebounds, seven assists, two steals, one block, and three 3-pointers.
  • MIL Shooting Guard #20
AJ Green shot 4-of-8 from the field and 2-of-2 from the foul line in Saturday’s win over Washington, finishing with 13 points, one rebound, one assist, and three 3-pointers in 26 minutes.
  • MIL Center #11
Brook Lopez played 34 minutes in Saturday’s win over the Wizards, tallying 18 points (7-of-14 FGs), three assists, three blocks, and four 3-pointers.
  • MIL Point Guard #0
Damian Lillard accumulated 25 points (8-of-18 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), five rebounds, 10 assists, three steals, one block, and five 3-pointers in 39 minutes in Saturday’s win over the Wizards.
  • MIL Power Forward #34
Giannis Antetokounmpo amassed 42 points (15-of-24 FGs, 12-of-17 FTs), 12 rebounds, 11 assists, and one blocked shot in 37 minutes in Saturday’s 124-114 win over Washington.
Giannis was nearly unstoppable on Saturday, notching his first 40-point triple-double (and third triple-double) of the season. Providing 4th-round value in 9-cat formats, the Greek Freak is a top-5 player in free-throw punt builds. Milwaukee plays four games during the first segment of Week 7 (which spans two weeks), beginning with a critical NBA Cup game against the Pistons on Tuesday.
  • DEN Small Forward #8
Peyton Watson (right adductor strain) is probable for Sunday’s game against the Clippers.
Watson has shown up on the last few injury reports but has not missed any action. Expect the same, and he’ll continue to start until Aaron Gordon is cleared to return from his calf strain.
  • DEN Power Forward #32
Aaron Gordon (right calf strain) is doubtful for Sunday’s game against the Clippers.
Gordon practiced on Saturday, and his appearance on the injury report as “doubtful” instead of being ruled out immediately is another encouraging sign. He appears unlikely to play on Sunday, but Gordon isn’t far off. Peyton Watson will remain in the starting lineup until AG is cleared.
  • DEN Power Forward #31
Vlatko Cancar (left knee sprain) will not play in Sunday’s game against the Clippers.
Injured during a November 19 game against the Grizzlies, Cancar will miss a fifth consecutive game. His continued absence will not impact fantasy basketball.
