Clint Capela shined on Friday and contributed 21 points (10-of-14 FGs), 11 rebounds, three assists and one block against Chicago.
Capela’s numbers and minutes are way down this year, but that didn’t limit him in this game. He ended up playing 27 minutes, which is four more than his season average. That was enough time for him to set a new season-high for scoring and record a third straight double-double. Capela won’t contribute much outside of rebounds and a strong field goal percentage consistently, though he has been able to swat more shots recently. His best days are behind him, but he’s still capable of providing strong numbers, as he showed in this game.
  • MEM Point Guard #12

Ja Morant (knee) is probable for Friday’s game against the Pelicans.
Morant is on track to return after sitting out Wednesday’s win over the Pistons. Scotty Pippen Jr. has performed well as the replacement in the starting lineup whenever called upon, and he’s worth holding onto in deep leagues even if Morant plays against New Orleans.
  • DET Point Guard #2
Cade Cunningham (left sacroiliac joint sprain) and Tobias Harris (left hip impingement) are questionable for Friday’s game against the Pacers.
Cunningham and Harris sat out Wednesday’s loss to the Grizzlies. While that was Harris’s first absence, Cunningham missed Detroit’s last three games. Malik Beasley and Ausar Thompson are the players most impacted in this spot, as they have been the replacements in the starting lineup. Jaden Ivey is also affected; he has flourished having the basketball in his hands more often.
  • BKN Small Forward #22
Jalen Wilson (right calf tightness) is questionable for Friday’s game against Orlando.
Wilson was a late scratch for Wednesday’s win over the Suns, leading to Ziaire Williams moving into the starting lineup. Williams and Trendon Watford will have added importance to the Nets if Wilson remains sidelined on Friday.
  • BKN Point Guard #17
Dennis Schroder will miss Friday’s game against the Magic for personal reasons.
Schroder has been outstanding for the Nets this season but won’t be available on Friday. Ben Simmons should take on more playmaking responsibilities, while Shake Milton will figure more prominently in the rotation. Simmons is worth looking at as a streaming option, while Milton’s streaming value hinges on who else cannot play.
  • BKN Small Forward #28
Dorian Finney-Smith (left ankle sprain) is questionable for Friday’s game against Orlando.
After missing two games, Finney-Smith returned to the Nets lineup on Wednesday and played 32 minutes. He’s back on the injury report with a questionable tag. Keon Johnson may pick up additional minutes if Finney-Smith can’t play, but Jalen Wilson is another potential option after he sat out Wednesday’s win with a calf injury.
  • BKN Center #33
Nic Claxton (lower back injury management) is questionable for Friday’s game against the Magic.
Claxton has missed Brooklyn’s last two games, which left the Nets shorthanded in the frontcourt. Ben Simmons was in the starting lineup for the Nets’ win over Phoenix on Wednesday and should remain in the starting lineup if Claxton can’t play.
  • ORL Shooting Guard #14
Gary Harris (left hamstring strain) will not play in Friday’s game against the Nets.
Harris will miss a second straight game after straining his hamstring during Monday’s win over the Hornets. His absence won’t be particularly impactful in fantasy basketball, as Jalen Suggs returned to the lineup on Wednesday after sitting out that win over Charlotte.
  • NOP Small Forward #25
Trey Murphy (left knee contusion) is questionable for Friday’s game against the Grizzlies.
Murphy sat out Wednesday’s loss to the Raptors, which led to Brandon Boston Jr. returning to the starting lineup. Due to the many players on New Orleans’ injury report, Boston is worth holding onto for the remainder of Week 6.
  • NOP Small Forward #14
Brandon Ingram (right calf soreness) is questionable for Friday’s game against the Grizzlies.
Ingram has missed two straight and three of the Pelicans’ last four games. Javonte Green should remain in the starting lineup if Ingram cannot play in Memphis. Green isn’t a great streaming option, especially with Dejounte Murray and CJ McCollum in the lineup.
  • NOP Shooting Guard #24
Jordan Hawkins (low back soreness) is questionable for Friday’s game against the Grizzlies.
Hawkins played 22 minutes off the bench in Wednesday’s loss to the Raptors, and fantasy managers should expect a similar workload on Friday if he’s available. With Dejounte Murray and CJ McCollum healthy, Williams’ fantasy ceiling is relatively low.
