Dennis Schroder finished with 16 points (6-of-10 FGs), four rebounds, three assists, one steal and two triples against Boston on Wednesday.
This was a second straight quieter performance from Schroder, though he didn’t play poorly. He made 60% of his shots and only turned it over once, but he just didn’t contribute much in the box score. Schroder still ranks in the top-50 in 9-cat leagues, but his numbers are starting to regress back to what we have expected from him in recent years. Schroder should still be a solid option for the rest of the season, but he is cooling off after a scorching hot start.

Jonathan Kuminga amassed 20 points (7-of-10 FGs, 5-of-8 FTs), five rebounds, two assists, one steal and one three-pointer in Tuesday’s loss to the Raptors.
Rockets get 'gutsy' win as Sheppard takes over 4th
Noah Eagle and Grant Hill break down Reed Sheppard's takeover in the fourth quarter to help lift the Houston Rockets over the San Antonio Spurs.
  • Brandin Podziemski accounted for 11 points (4-of-10 FGs, 2-of-5 FTs), three rebounds, two assists, one steal, one block and one three-pointer in Tuesday’s loss to the Raptors.
  • GSW Guard #7
Buddy Hield accumulated 25 points (7-of-8 FGs, 5-of-5 FTs), one rebound, two assists, one steal and six three-pointers in Tuesday’s loss to the Raptors.
  • MIA Guard #24
Norman Powell had 22 points (8-of-16 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), three rebounds, two assists and four three-pointers in Tuesday’s win over the Kings.
Powell’s ceiling is slightly raised with Tyler Herro (ribs) out of the lineup. The 32-year-old shooting guard continues to be the clear focal point of the offense with Herro sidelined. Powell had 22 points and four three-pointers against the Kings, though he didn’t provide much in the other categories. He’s provided 14th-round per game value over the last two weeks. The Heat will be back on the floor Thursday to take on the Trail Blazers.
  • TOR Forward #3
Brandon Ingram amassed 22 points (8-of-17 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), five rebounds, five assists, one steal, one block and four three-pointers in Tuesday’s win over the Warriors.
  • TOR Forward-Guard #4
Scottie Barnes accounted for 26 points (12-of-18 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), seven rebounds and 11 assists in Tuesday’s win over the Warriors.
  • Immanuel Quickley finished Tuesday’s win over the Raptors with 40 points (11-of-13 FGs, 11-of-11 FTs), two rebounds, 10 assists, two steals and seven three-pointers.
  • MIA Center-Forward #13
Bam Adebayo had 25 points (8-of-15 FGs, 5-of-7 FTs), seven rebounds, five assists, one steal, one block and four three-pointers in the Heat’s 130-117 victory over the Kings on Tuesday.
Adebayo stepped up for the Heat Tuesday in a game where the team was without Tyler Herro (ribs) and Kel’el Ware (hamstring). The 28-year-old center led the team with 25 points against the Kings. Adebayo has provided eighth-round per game value over the last two weeks. The Heat have two more games this week, including road matchups with the Trail Blazers and the Jazz.
  • LAL Center #5
Deandre Ayton (eye) will not return to Tuesday’s game against the Nuggets.
Ayton was poked in his left eye during the latter stages of the second quarter and was not on the floor to begin the third. He’s since been ruled out for the rest of the night. Jaxson Hayes has handled most of the minutes at the center position in the second half, with Drew Timme serving as the backup.
  • MIN Guard #5
Anthony Edwards had 38 points (11-of-28 FGs, 11-of-12 FTs), eight rebounds, three assists, two steals and five three-pointers in Tuesday’s loss to the Jazz.
Edwards followed up his career-high 55-point performance against the Spurs on Saturday with 38 points against the Jazz on Tuesday. The 24-year-old shooting guard was out-dueled by Keyonte George, who had 43 points as the Jazz came back from down 12 points in the fourth quarter to win 127-122. Minnesota is off until Thursday against the Bulls, which gives Edwards some time to rest his lingering foot injury.
