Kelly Oubre Jr. had 18 points (8-of-12 FGs), two rebounds, three assists, one steal and one 3-pointer against the Clippers on Wednesday.
Oubre Jr. tied Paul George for the team-lead in points against the Clippers. He was efficient with 18 points on 12 shots, made his only free throw and knocked down just 1-of-3 attempts from behind the 3-point line. Oubre Jr. turned it over three times, though, and was -6 in 25 minutes in the 12-point loss. Philadelphia has two more games this week starting with the Lakers on Friday and the Hornets on Sunday.
  • CHI Power Forward #44
Personalize your Rotoworld feed by favoriting players
Patrick Williams (right shoulder strain) is available for Monday’s game against the Pistons.
Williams was initially probable for Monday’s game, so the status upgrade was expected. He’ll continue to serve as the starting power forward, providing late-round value in most leagues.
  • NOP Point Guard #5
Dejounte Murray (fractured left hand) went through some on-court work on Monday.
Murray fractured his hand during the season opener and was initially given a 4-6 week timetable. It has been a little over three weeks since then, so a return could be coming up soon. When that happens, he’ll immediately return to his spot in the starting unit and try to help New Orleans right the ship in their season.
  • DET Shooting Guard #8
Tim Hardaway Jr. (head contusion) is probable for Monday’s game against the Bulls and will start if cleared.
Hardaway has missed Detroit’s last three games, with Malik Beasley replacing him in the starting lineup. While THJ starting on Monday would not mean there are no restrictions, that declaration is an encouraging sign for managers who have him rostered. As for Beasley, his fantasy value will decrease if he comes off the bench.
  • CHA Shooting Guard #23
Tre Mann (low back) is questionable to play against the Nets on Tuesday.
Mann missed their last game and has missed to of their last three with this back issue. If he remains out again, Vasilije Micic should fill the void at backup point guard. However, he hasn’t been worth streaming this season.
  • POR Shooting Guard #1
Anfernee Simons (illness) and Deandre Ayton (right index finger sprain) haven’t been fully participating in practice, but their status for Wednesday’s game against the Thunder is still up in the air.
Simons has missed the team’s last two games, while Ayton has missed their last three. If they remain out for another game, Scoot Henderson and Donovan Clingan should get more starts in their place, with Dalano Banton and Robert Williams playing larger roles off the bench.
  • BOS Point Guard #11
Payton Pritchard (sprained left thumb) is questionable for Tuesday’s game against Cleveland.
Pritchard landing on the injury report is concerning, even if his non-shooting hand is impacted. Jrue Holiday (knee) is not on the initial report, so he appears on track to play. Sam Hauser would be the closest to a worthwhile streamer if Pritchard cannot play on Tuesday, but he isn’t a must-add.
  • GSW Center #5
Kevon Looney (illness) has been ruled out for Monday’s game against the Clippers.
Looney’s absence will not significantly impact fantasy basketball, but it does leave Golden State down a rotation big. Trayce Jackson-Davis’ role as the starting center won’t change, but there may be times when the Warriors go small and use Draymond Green at the five.
  • OKC Shooting Guard #9
Alex Caruso (right hip soreness) is not on the initial injury report for Tuesday’s game against the Spurs.
Caruso is poised to return after missing two games with a sore hip. With Isaiah Joe (calf) sidelined, more minutes will be available to Oklahoma City’s available wings. However, Caruso has not played more than 22 minutes in any of his appearances this season. Look for Ajay Mitchell to remain in the rotation.
  • OKC Shooting Guard #11
Isaiah Joe (left calf contusion) will not play against San Antonio on Tuesday.
Mark Daigneault’s revolving door in the starting lineup has continued, though Joe has been a constant presence in the opening unit over their last four games. However, Aaron Wiggins and Cason Wallace should both start on Tuesday with Joe sidelined with this calf issue. It’s the first night of a back-to-back, so keep an eye on the injury report on Wednesday morning to see if Joe will be back for that one.
  • BKN Small Forward #28
Dorian Finney-Smith (left ankle sprain) and Ziaire Williams (right hip tightness) are probable for Tuesday’s game against the Hornets.
Finney-Smith returned from his sprained ankle on Friday, playing 32 minutes against the Knicks. As for Williams, he has yet to miss a game this season. Both players will be in the rotation, with DFS offering deep-league value while Nic Claxton (back) is sidelined.
