Jalen Johnson recorded a double-double on Wednesday with 21 points (9-of-21 FGs), 17 rebounds, four assists, three steals and one triple against the Wizards.
Johnson was inefficient in the first half, but he got going in the second half and ended up posting a monster double-double. He set a new career-high for rebounds with 17, which comes two days after he set his career-high for points. Unfortunately, he doesn’t get to play against the Wizards in every game, and he has been disappointing against every other team this year. However, after back-to-back big games, he’ll look to keep this momentum going into their matchup with the Kings on Friday. For a player that was being drafted in the fourth round in Yahoo leagues, he’ll need to continue to put up numbers like this to play to his ADP.
