Guerschon Yabusele hopes to one day return to the NBA.
Yabusele was outstanding during France’s run to the silver medal in Paris, and his play has sparked some discussions regarding a potential return to the NBA. The 2016 first-round pick said after Saturday’s loss to the United States that he has “been waiting for my second chance, I’m ready.” The issue regarding a return for the 2024-25 season: Yabusele’s contract buyout with Real Madrid. On July 15, that figure increased from $1 million to $2.5 million, and that doesn’t even take into consideration potential salary demands. Yabusele will be a free agent next summer, which may be a more realistic time for the former Celtic to return stateside.

Terry Rozier provided a boost off the bench with 16 points (6-of-12 FGs), five rebounds and seven assists against Indiana on Thursday.
Coming off a one-game suspension, Rozier was able to log 30 minutes as a reserve in this game. He was a solid scoring option despite not being able to get any 3-pointers to go down, but he made his biggest impact as a playmaker. He had a total of six assists across his previous five games, but he tied his season-high for dimes in this one. Rozier’s first full season in Miami has been incredibly disappointing, but he has picked up his play recently. We’ll see if he can keep it up, or if a potential Jimmy Butler trade gives him a chance to take on a larger role.

Ivica Zubac accounted for 11 points (5-of-9 FGs, 1-of-3 FTs), nine rebounds, and two assists in 23 minutes in Thursday’s loss to Oklahoma City.
  • LAC Small Forward #7
Amir Coffey shot 10-of-14 from the field in Thursday’s 116-98 loss to the Thunder, accounting for 26 points, three rebounds, two assists, one steal, and six 3-pointers in 35 minutes.
  • OKC Small Forward #8
Jalen Williams finished Thursday’s win over the Clippers with 18 points (8-of-14 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), three rebounds, four assists, two steals, one block, and one 3-pointer in 30 minutes.
Williams’ fantasy value has taken a hit recently, with the Thunder wing ranked outside the top 100 in 8- and 9-cat formats over the past month. His field goal percentage (43%) is five points lower than his mark for the season, and that’s been the most significant issue for JDub. However, given his track record, fantasy managers don’t need to lose any sleep over the recent downtick in shooting accuracy.
  • OKC Shooting Guard #21
Aaron Wiggins accumulated nine points (4-of-7 FGs), four rebounds, two assists, and one 3-pointer in 28 minutes in Thursday’s win over the Clippers.
The fifth spot in the Thunder starting lineup has rotated among three players, with Wiggins, Cason Wallace, or Isaiah Joe receiving the nod depending on the opponent. It was Wiggins’ turn on Thursday, and while he was solid, the stat line wasn’t enough to blow away fantasy managers. Wallace (9/2/1/2 with one 3-pointer in 17 minutes) and Joe (nine points, two rebounds, and three 3-pointers in 18 minutes) also recorded modest stat lines in Thursday’s victory. None of those players qualify as a must-hold, and this will likely remain the case until Chet Holmgren (hip) returns.
  • OKC Point Guard #2
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander played 30 minutes in Thursday’s 116-98 win over the Clippers, tallying 29 points (9-of-17 FGs, 9-of-9 FTs), three rebounds, eight assists, two steals, and two 3-pointers.
With James Harden absent for the Clippers, Gilgeous-Alexander and the Thunder were able to put away their 13th straight win by the end of the third quarter. Oklahoma City won that period by a 42-20 margin, which was too much for the visitors to overcome. Over the past month, SGA is ranked second in 8- and 9-cat formats, trailing only Victor Wembanyama. Oklahoma City ends its Week 10 with two games against the East’s elite, hosting New York on Friday and Boston on Sunday.
  • MIA Center #7
Kel’el Ware came off the bench on Thursday and contributed 25 points (9-of-11 FGs), one assist, one steal, three blocks and three 3-pointers in a 128-115 loss to the Pacers.
After scoring a career-high 10 points off the bench in their last game, Ware took a massive leap in production in this game, though it can partially be attributed to the lopsided score. However, that shouldn’t take away from what he did. Not grabbing a rebound in 21 minutes wasn’t encouraging, but the three blocks and three 3-pointers showcased what made him an attractive prospect for dynasty managers over the summer. Erik Spoelstra’s rotations have been inconsistent this season, but it’s difficult to imagine Ware not getting a chance to build off this performance moving forward. We’ll see if Spoelstra agrees when they take on the Jazz on Saturday to close out the week.
  • MIA Center #13
Bam Adebayo finished with 20 points (8-of-12 FGs), eight rebounds, two assists and one steal against Indiana on Thursday.
Adebayo had a strong performance in just 25 minutes of action. He didn’t have a chance to build on it because the game got out of hand, but he was still able to make an impact. In the midst of arguably the worst shooting season of his career, he has scored at least 20 points while making more than 60% of his shots in two straight games. Though Adebayo hasn’t entirely abandoned his 3-point shot, he has gone eight straight games without hitting one despite making it a point of emphasis earlier in the season. He’s still making sure to get at least one up every game, so we’ll see if he can get one to fall against the Jazz to finish up this week and a three-game homestand.
  • IND Center #33
Myles Turner lit up Miami with 21 points (8-of-15 FGs), five rebounds, two assists, one steal, two blocks and two 3-pointers on Thursday.
Turner started off 2025 on a high note as he was able to score 20 points for just the sixth time this season. Two of those have come against the Heat, which includes his season-high of 34 points back in November. Turner’s field goal percentage has been below 50% this year, which is something that he hasn’t done since the 2020-21 season. That can be attributed to a drop in success on 2-pointers, specifically from 5-9 feet, though he is posting career-highs in attempts, makes and percentage from beyond the arc. This was his second straight game knocking down at least two 3-pointers, and he’ll look to keep it going against the Suns on Saturday to close out the week.
  • IND Power Forward #1
Obi Toppin provided a boost off the bench with 12 points (5-of-9 FGs), six rebounds and two 3-pointers against the Heat on Thursday.
Following a two-game absence, Toppin only logged 12 minutes in his first game back on Tuesday. However, he got back on the right track in this game and was able to supply some buckets off the bench. Jarace Walker, who played well with Toppin out of the lineup, was also able to have a solid night, scoring 12 points of his own. The pair should continue to lead a balanced bench attack for Indiana, though neither has been consistent enough to justify rostering in standard redraft leagues this season.
