Trey Alexander posted a full line on Thursday with 19 points (5-of-13 FGS), six rebounds, two assists, two steals and two triples against the Pacers.
Alexnder may have gone undrafted, but that shouldn’t scare dynasty managers. He quickly agreed to a two-way deal with Denver after the draft, which likely means that there was an agreement in place during the draft, and his camp told teams not to draft him. Regardless, this is the situation that he chose to be in, and the team clearly values him. If he continues to play this well, he shouldn’t have any issues establishing a spot in the team’s rotation.
  • WAS Shooting Guard #13

Jordan Poole (left hip contusion) is questionable to play against New York on Saturday.
  • CHI Shooting Guard #3
Josh Giddey (right ankle sprain) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Bucks.
Giddey has missed Chicago’s last four games, with Patrick Williams replacing him in the starting lineup. Williams has reached double figures in all four starts, but the production has not blown anyone away. He’s worth streaming until Giddey returns, but fantasy managers should not expect too much.
  • CHI Point Guard #11
Ayo Dosunmu (right Achilles tendinopathy) is doubtful for Saturday’s game against the Bucks.
Dosunmu is headed toward a second consecutive absence after sitting out Thursday’s loss to the Hawks. While Dalen Terry started against Atlanta, Jevon Carter came off the bench and hit his first six 3-point attempts. Expecting similar output from Carter would be a mistake, but he offers a higher ceiling than Terry.
  • WAS Power Forward #33
Kyle Kuzma (left rib sprain) will remain sidelined for Saturday’s matchup with New York.
It has been about a month since Kuz last suited up, and he will remain sidelined this weekend. Justin Champagnie should continue to start in his place, where he has been a top-100 player over the last two weeks.
  • MIA Small Forward #5
Nikola Jovic (left ankle sprain) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Hawks.
Jovic injured his ankle during the fourth quarter of Thursday’s win over Orlando and did not return. With Jimmy Butler and Josh Richardson ruled out, Jaime Jaquez Jr. and Alec Burks will play more minutes regardless of Jovic’s availability. If Jovic sits, there may also be room in the rotation for Pelle Larsson, who did not play against Orlando.
  • MIA Shooting Guard #0
Josh Richardson (right heel soreness) will remain sidelined for Saturday’s game against the Hawks.
Richardson hasn’t played in about six weeks, so his continued absence will not have much of an impact on the team’s rotation or fantasy basketball.
  • CHA Small Forward #24
Brandon Miller (left ankle sprain) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Thunder.
Miller missed three games due to his sprained ankle before returning and playing 36 minutes in Thursday’s loss to the Wizards. If he cannot play against the Thunder, Cody Martin is the most likely replacement in the starting lineup. Martin isn’t the scorer that Miller is, but he would be worth streaming if forced to start.
  • CHA Center #5
Mark Williams (left thumb) is questionable to play against the Thunder on Saturday.
Williams reported some soreness after Thursday’s game, but he was still able to participate in practice on Friday. If he were to miss this weekend’s game, Nick Richards would likely return to the starting lineup in his place, with Moussa Diabate filling out the reserve minutes down low.
  • CHA Point Guard #1
LaMelo Ball (left ankle, right wrist soreness) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Thunder.
Ball is dealing with multiple injuries, but the good news is that he’s questionable for Saturday instead of “doubtful” or “out.” If he cannot play, Vasilije Micic will move into the starting point guard role. He’s worth streaming in that spot, even with the difficult matchup.
  • ATL Shooting Guard #13
Bogdan Bogdanovic (lower left leg contusion) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Heat.
Bogdanovic has missed Atlanta’s last two games, most recently sitting out Thursday’s win over the Bulls. While Garrison Mathews has been his replacement in the rotation, the production has been a mixed bag. One game removed from hitting seven 3-pointers, Mathews shot 1-of-7 from the field on Thursday. Fantasy managers in deep leagues can certainly stream “Garry Bird,” but keep the expectations in check.
