Cody Williams struggled again on Wednesday and finished with just two points (0-of-8 FGs), three rebounds, two assists and one block against Philadelphia.
It has not been a great start to Williams’ career, even if it is just Summer League. His only two points in this game came at the free throw line late in the fourth quarter, and he didn’t contribute much in other areas. Williams is now up to 15 total points in three Summer League games, which isn’t what they were hoping for out of him. Perhaps he will be able to figure things out in Las Vegas, but the early struggles are at least mildly concerning.
  • ORL Point Guard #50

The Magic will start Cole Anthony, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Caleb Houstan, Tristan da Silva and Goga Bitadze against the Jazz on Sunday.
With Jalen Suggs (back) sidelined, Anthony will get his first start of the season after dishing out 11 assists off the bench in their last game. Anthony Black (back) will be available to play and should fill out the backup point guard minutes.
  • UTA Point Guard #13
The Jazz will start Isaiah Collier, Collin Sexton, Johnny Juzang, Micah Potter and Walker Kessler against Orlando on Sunday.
  • PHX Point Guard #12
Collin Gillespie (fractured right ankle) is not on the injury report ahead of Monday’s matchup with the 76ers.
Gillespie should be available after missing nearly two months with an ankle fracture. However, he wasn’t part of the team’s rotation prior to his injury, and that shouldn’t change.
  • MIN Power Forward #55
Luka Garza (left ankle sprain) is questionable to play against the Clippers on Monday.
  • MIN Power Forward #8
Josh Minott (illness) is questionable to play against the Clippers on Monday.
  • CHI Small Forward #13
Torrey Craig (right lower leg contusion) will remain sidelined for Monday’s game against the Spurs.
  • PHX Center #4
Oso Ighodaro (illness) is not on the injury report for Monday’s game against the 76ers.
  • LAL Small Forward #23
LeBron James (left foot injury management) and Anthony Davis (left ankle sprain) will play against the Rockets on Sunday.
As expected, both of the Lakers’ superstars will once again be available to play in this game. They’ll continue to pour in elite numbers in this game as they look to win a third straight game.
  • NYK Power Forward #32
Karl-Anthony Towns (right patellar tendinopathy) is questionable to play against Philadelphia on Monday.
Towns injured his right leg during the fourth quarter of their loss on Saturday, and now there is a chance that he misses their matchup with the 76ers because of a knee issue in the same leg. Precious Achiuwa would likely move into the starting lineup if Towns is sidelined, with Jericho Sims filling the backup center minutes.
  • BKN Point Guard #10
Ben Simmons (left calf soreness) is questionable to play against the Pacers on Monday.
Simmons has missed their last two games, but there is a chance that he is back for this one. Both Simmons and D’Angelo Russell (shin) are questionable and are the only two primary ball handlers that could suit up for the Nets in this game. If they’re both out, the responsibility will fall to Keon Johnson.
