  • TOR Power Forward #34

The Athletic’s Shams Charania reports that Jontay Porter has received a lifetime ban for disclosing confidential information to bettors.
The investigation found that Porter provided health information to bettors that led them to place large wagers on his performances. The bets included successful wagers on the Raptors losing and Porter underperforming, which triggered the investigation.
  • ORL Point Guard #4

Jalen Suggs had 31 points (10-of-18 FGs), three rebounds, seven assists and four 3-pointers in the Magic’s 133-119 victory over the Bulls on Wednesday.
Suggs’ 31 points were a game-high in his return from a one-game absence with a hamstring injury. Franz Wagner has generally picked up the offensive slack for Orlando with Paolo Banchero out, but Suggs had the hot hand on Wednesday and the Magic rolled with it.
  • UTA Shooting Guard #19
Keyonte George, Collin Sexton, Svi Mykhailiuk, Micah Potter, and Walker Kessler will start Wednesday’s game against the Nuggets.
Injuries to Lauri Markkanen and John Collins opened up two spots in the Jazz starting lineup. Head coach Will Hardy has gone off the radar with his replacements, with Mykhailiuk and Potter receiving the nod. While both have the opportunity to provide streaming value, fantasy managers remain better off gambling on Brice Sensabaugh despite him staying on the bench.
  • OKC Point Guard #14
Adam Flagler (right hand contusion) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Warriors.
Announced as questionable for Wednesday’s game during the day, Flagler is now out. His absence will not impact fantasy basketball.
  • BKN Small Forward #22
Jalen Wilson (right calf tightness) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Suns.
Due to the Nets’ many injuries, Wilson was a player projected to have worthwhile streaming value on Wednesday. That’s no longer in the cards, as the late addition to the injury report is also out. Ziaire Williams, Trendon Watford, and Keon Ellis will have streaming value in Phoenix.
  • BKN Small Forward #28
Dorian Finney-Smith (left ankle sprain) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Suns.
Finney-Smith was a game-time decision, but will ultimately play against the Suns after missing the last two games. His return will cut into Trenton Watford’s minutes off the bench.
  • DEN Small Forward #8
Peyton Watson (right adductor strain) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Jazz.
Watson managed to play through the injury on Monday against the Knicks and will attempt to do so against Wednesday against the Jazz. With Aaron Gordon out, he’ll continue to start at power forward as long as he’s healthy enough.
  • GSW Power Forward #00
Jonathan Kuminga (illness) is expected to play in Wednesday’s game against the Thunder.
Kuminga is expected to play after missing Golden State’s last two games, giving the Warriors additional depth off the bench. At best, he’s been a deep-league option due primarily to the number of players at Steve Kerr’s disposal.
  • PHX Shooting Guard #3
Bradley Beal (injury management) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Nets.
Beal returned from a calf injury Tuesday and scored 23 points against the Lakers. While he was originally listed as questionable for Wednesday, he’ll be available for the second game of a back-to-back Wednesday against the Nets.
  • PHX Small Forward #35
Kevin Durant (injury management) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Nets.
Durant returned from injury and scored 23 points against the Lakers on Tuesday. He was originally listed as probable, but will ultimately play in the second game of a back-to-back on Wednesday against the Nets.
  • LAL Shooting Guard #4
Austin Reaves, Dalton Knecht, Rui Hachimura, LeBron James, and Anthony Davis will start Wednesday’s game against the Spurs.
Lakers coach JJ Redick promised changes after Tuesday’s blowout loss to the Suns, and he was a man of his word. Knecht, who was rolling as a starter last week, moves back into the starting lineup. Cam Reddish, who hasn’t offered much value on offense, heads to the bench. There was little need to roster Reddish as a starter, and there’s even less with the demotion.
