Devonte’ Graham played 25 minutes in Friday’s win over New Orleans, accumulating 20 points (6-of-15 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), two rebounds, five assists, three steals, and four 3-pointers.
Keldon Johnson’s recent absence has led to Graham entering the rotation, and after scoring eight points in losses to the Warriors and Nuggets, he went off on Friday. Not only were the 20 points a season-high for the veteran guard, but this was also Graham’s first game in double figures. Deep-league managers should not allow this performance to convince them that he’s a viable option for Sunday’s game against the 76ers, as there are 13 games on the schedule. Regardless of league format, there will be more reliable players on the waiver wire.
