Jimmy Butler tallied 28 points (9-of-18 FGs, 10-of-11 FTs), four rebounds, two assists, and two steals in 35 minutes during Saturday’s 118-116 win over the Bulls.
Butler was the last man with the basketball in his hands on Saturday, which was terrible news for the Bulls. As time expired, his jumper over Coby White gave Miami the win, avenging their loss to Chicago on Thursday. Butler’s numbers don’t have him among the elite fantasy players, but he’s providing solid 4th-round value in 9-cat formats this season. Miami plays three games in Week 9, and the hope is that Tyler Herro (ankle) can play at some point. That would help Butler, especially in the assist category.
