David Duke Jr. has signed a two-way contract with the Spurs, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Duke has been playing for the Delaware Blue Coats this season, which is the G-League affiliate for the 76ers. Before that, he played for Brooklyn during Summer League. He will likely continue to play in the G-League and won’t see much time with San Antonio. They waived Sir’Jabari Rice to open up the spot for Duke Jr.

Kevin Durant added 30 points (9-of-22 FGs, 10-of-12 FTs), three rebounds, eight assists, two steals, one block and two three-pointers in the loss to the Timberwolves on Wednesday.
Durant struggled for most of Wednesday’s contest. He had shot only 3-of-14 from the field through the first three quarters, but came alive in the fourth period and in overtime in what was a game of huge momentum swings. Durant ultimately reached the 30-point mark for the second straight time, each time coming in losses. However, his production continues to be significant in fantasy leagues throughout the playoffs.
Highlights: Murray fires in 53 against Mavericks
Jamal Murray could hardly miss against Dallas, scoring 53 points to help secure a needed win for Denver.
  • MIN Center #27
Rudy Gobert amassed 14 points (7-of-13 FGs), 14 rebounds, one assist, one steal and five blocks in the win over the Rockets on Wednesday.
Gobert was impressive on Wednesday in his 28 minutes. He was incredibly impactful on the defensive end, posting a handful of blocked shots, and finished well on the offensive end when given opportunities. The four-time Defensive Player of the Year’s night was cut short after fouling out of the contest late in the fourth quarter. Still, he concluded with his third double-double over his past three appearances and is trending in the right direction during the fantasy basketball playoffs.
  • DAL Forward #25
P.J. Washington had 19 points (8-of-15 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), 15 rebounds, one assist, one block and one three-pointer in Wednesday’s loss to the Nuggets.
Washington has now scored at least 18 points in five of his last six games. The 27-year-old power forward had a double-double with 15 rebounds. Washington has provided third-round per game value over the last two weeks. The Mavericks only have one more game this week, against the Trail Blazers on Friday.
  • MIN Forward #3
Jaden McDaniels tallied 25 points (10-of-17 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), two rebounds, two steals, two blocks and three three-pointers in the win over the Rockets on Wednesday.
McDaniels showcased his versatility on both ends of the floor against the Rockets. He guarded well and collected stocks while taking advantage of his scoring opportunities. Unfortunately, McDaniels appeared to get injured late in the fourth quarter while defending Kevin Durant. He eventually made his way to the bench before the end of regulation and, despite not being ruled out, never returned. His status ahead of Saturday’s matchup with the Pistons will be worth monitoring.
  • DAL Forward #32
Cooper Flagg had 26 points (10-of-18 FTs, 5-of-6 FTs), eight rebounds, seven assists, two steals, one block and one three-pointer in Wednesday’s loss to the Nuggets.
Flagg filled up the stat sheet, though ultimately he was bested by two historic games from the Nuggets duo of Jamal Murray (53 points) and Nikola Jokic (23/21/19 triple-double). Perhaps most impressive was that the 19-year-old didn’t have any turnovers in 35 minutes. Flagg has provided sixth-round per game value over the last two weeks. The Mavericks only have one more game this week coming Friday against the Trail Blazers.
  • DEN Center #15
Nikola Jokić had 23 points (8-of-19 FGs, 6-of-6 FTs), 21 rebounds, 19 assists, one steal and one three-pointer in Wednesday’s win over the Mavericks.
Jokić recorded his 194th triple-double of his career against the Mavericks on Wednesday. The 31-year-old center was coming off a massive triple-double against the Suns on Tuesday, giving him 46 points, 38 rebounds and 36 assists combined over the last two days. Jokić is still the top player in fantasy when healthy. His managers will also benefit from the Nuggets having two more games this week.
  • MIN Forward-Center #30
Julius Randle added 24 points (11-of-27 FGs, 2-of-4 FTs), six rebounds, six assists and two steals in the win over the Rockets on Wednesday.
Randle struggled with his shot on Wednesday, but came up big for the Timberwolves down the stretch of overtime. He either scored or assisted on the Wolves’ final seven points, which included a tough go-ahead mid-range jumper to give Minnesota a two-point lead with under 10.0 seconds remaining. The win was a big one for the Timberwolves from a seeding standpoint; with the victory, they move to fifth place in the Western Conference standings and are now one game up in the loss column over the sixth-seeded Rockets. Randle will have a chance to help the Wolves to a third straight win on Saturday when they face the Pistons.
  • MIL Center #00
Jericho Sims amassed 12 points (5-of-5 FGs, 2-of-4 FTs), six rebounds, two assists and two steals in Wednesday’s loss to the Trail Blazers.
  • MIL Forward #21
Ousmane Dieng accounted for 16 points (7-of-17 FGs), four rebounds, four assists, one block and two three-pointers in Wednesday’s loss to the Trail Blazers.
  • DEN Guard #27
Jamal Murray had 53 points (19-of-28 FGs, 6-of-6 FTs), six rebounds, four assists and nine three-pointers in the Nuggets’ 142-135 victory over the Mavericks on Wednesday.
Murray went off in what was an historic game for him and teammate Nikola Jokic. In what was the Nuggets’ 400th victory with the duo, Murray had 53 points and Jokic had a 23/21/19 triple-double. The 29-year-old point guard had 33 points in the first half in what was his fourth career 50-point game. The Nuggets still have two more games this week with a matchup against the Jazz on Friday up next.
