ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reports that Anthony Davis has agreed to a three-year, $186 million max extension to remain with the Lakers through 208.
AD’s $62 million annual extension is the richest in NBA history, according to Woj. Davis had a resurgent 2022-23 season, averaging 25.9 points, 12.5 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.1 steals and 2.0 blocks across 34.0 minutes and playing 56 games. He should be a consensus top-10 pick in redraft fantasy leagues for the 2023-24 season.

LaMelo Ball, Brandon Miller, Josh Green, Tidjane Salaun, and Taj Gibson will start Monday’s game against Orlando.
After losing Grant Williams to a torn ACL on Saturday, the Hornets have made two changes to their starting lineup. Salaun, who has struggled to make shots consistently, will fill the void left by Williams, while Gibson replaces Moussa Diabate at the five. Managers who added Diabate should not panic, as he’ll play plenty against the Magic.
  • MIA Shooting Guard #12
Dru Smith (right knee bone bruise) is questionable for Tuesday’s game against Milwaukee.
After not practicing on Saturday, Smith was held out of Sunday’s overtime win over the Mavericks. His absence isn’t all that impactful on fantasy basketball, even with the Heat not having Terry Rozier the last two games. With Rozier probable to play on Tuesday, it will be difficult for Smith to earn rotation minutes if available.
  • IND Center #33
Myles Turner (right calf soreness) is available for Monday’s game against the Pelicans.
Turner was questionable, but will ultimately play against the Pelicans in the second night of a back-to-back for Indiana. Turner has been in a bit of a scoring slump recently with 15 or less points in six of his last eight games, but has mostly maintained his fantasy value thanks to his rebounding and defensive production.
  • MIN Small Forward #7
Joe Ingles (left soleus strain) is questionable for Tuesday’s game against the Rockets.
Ingles has been out of the rotation most nights, averaging 3.7 minutes per game in his seven appearances for the Timberwolves. A potential absence would not impact fantasy basketball.
  • DAL Shooting Guard #5
Quentin Grimes (illness) has been ruled out for Monday’s game against the Hawks.
The Mavericks will be without two-thirds of their current starting perimeter as Grimes and Klay Thompson join the already-injured Luka Doncic on the sideline. Spencer Dinwiddie and Jaden Hardy will play more minutes, with the former likely moving into the starting five alongside Kyrie Irving. While neither Dinwiddie nor Hardy is a great fantasy option, necessity makes them worth the risk on Monday.
  • DAL Shooting Guard #31
Klay Thompson (left foot plantar fasciitis) is out for Monday’s game against the Hawks.
Thompson played in Sunday’s overtime loss to the Heat, but is out on the second night of a back-to-back against the Hawks. Naji Marshall will likely move into the starting lineup with Spencer Dinwiddie seeing more minutes off the bench in Klay’s absence.
  • DAL Point Guard #11
Kyrie Irving (illness) is available for Monday’s game against Atlanta.
Initially questionable for Monday’s game, Irving is officially good to go. He’ll continue to lead the way offensively as the Mavericks remain without Luka Doncic (wrist).
  • MIN Point Guard #10
Mike Conley (left big toe sprain) is questionable for Tuesday’s game against the Rockets.
Conley has missed the last two games with Nickeil Alexander-Walker taking his spot in the starting lineup. He would be on the streaming radar again if Conley can’t play against the Rockets Tuesday. Donte DiVincenzo will also continue to see a boost to his fantasy value if Conley is out again.
  • ORL Shooting Guard #14
Gary Harris, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Tristan da Silva, Franz Wagner, and Goga Bitadze will start Monday’s game against the Hornets.
Harris is the lone change to the starting lineup, as he will fill in for the injured Jalen Suggs (hamstring). However, Anthony Black is the better deep-league streaming target, as he’ll play plenty despite coming off the bench. Bitadze will get at least one more start, as Wendell Carter Jr. remains out with a foot injury.
  • BOS Center #42
Al Horford (illness) and Luke Kornet (right hamstring tightness) are out for Monday’s game against the Clippers.
Horford sitting out Monday’s game is unsurprising, as he does not usually play both games of back-to-backs. His and Kornet’s absences free up minutes in the post, with Neemias Queta and Xavier Tillman in position to benefit. Also, Kristaps Porzingis is available to make his season debut, but the expectation is that his minutes will be restricted.
