Tyrese Maxey, De’Anthony Melton, Tobias Harris, P.J. Tucker, and Dewayne Dedmon will start Monday’s game against the Nuggets.
The 76ers will be without James Harden (Achilles) and Joel Embiid (calf) Monday night in Denver. While Melton remaining in the starting lineup for the former isn’t a surprise, the other replacement is. Dewayne Dedmon receives the starting nod to fill the void left by Embiid rather than Paul Reed. Fantasy managers would be wise to leave Dedmon on the waiver wire.

  • DET Power Forward #34
Personalize your Rotoworld feed by favoriting players
Bobi Klintman (left calf contusion/strain) is available for Monday’s game against Portland.
Klintman, the 37th overall pick in last summer’s draft, is healthy enough to make his Pistons debut on Monday. Whether or not he’ll see action is up in the air, so fantasy managers should not expect Bobi to have an impact.
  • DET Small Forward #9
Ausar Thompson (illness) is out for Monday’s game against Portland.
Thompson’s absence opens up a spot in the starting lineup, as he filled in for the injured Jaden Ivey during Saturday’s win over Minnesota. Wendell Moore Jr. started the first game Ivey missed after fracturing his left fibula, but there would be no reason to consider streaming him if he gets another start on Monday. Malik Beasley is the player to target, whether he starts or comes off the bench, and Ron Holland II should also see more playing time.
  • SAC Point Guard #5
De’Aaron Fox (right glute contusion) is out for Monday’s game against the Heat.
Fox hadn’t missed a game all season before Sunday, but is now set to miss back-to-back games with a glute injury. The 27-year-old point guard leads the team in points and assists so this is big absence for Sacramento. Malik Monk will take on more of a playmaking role with the starters while Devin Carter comes off the bench.
  • MIL Small Forward #22
According to Chris Haynes, Khris Middleton (bilateral ankle injury management) will not play in Monday’s game against the Raptors.
In addition to the injury management listing provided by the Bucks, Middleton is reportedly dealing with tendinitis in his ankle. His absence frees up minutes for Taurean Prince and Gary Trent Jr., with the former beginning the season as a starter in Middleton’s absence. Managers needing 3-pointers and steals should consider streaming Prince, especially if he starts.
  • NOP Small Forward #25
Trey Murphy III is considered day-to-day with a left ankle injury.
Murphy III picked up the injury Sunday against Washington, and he’ll likely be questionable for Tuesday’s tilt with Minnesota. If he’s sidelined, expect Brandon Boston Jr. to see increased playing time.
  • DET Small Forward #9
Ausar Thompson is questionable for Monday’s matchup with Portland due to an illness.
Thompson posted a 10/10 double-double on Saturday with six steals, and his two-way production will be missed if he sits out Monday. In Thompson’s presumed absence, Ron Holland could be the next man up in Detroit’s lineup.
  • HOU Shooting Guard #4
Jalen Green (right knee contusion) is questionable for Tuesday’s matchup with Washington, and Tari Eason (left lower leg injury management) is doubtful.
Green has yet to miss a game this season, but if he’s sidelined, Cam Whitmore and Amen Thompson could see increased run. Eason is expected to miss a 10th straight game, and there is no timeline for a potential return.
  • DEN Power Forward #32
Aaron Gordon will be out for Tuesday’s matchup with the Celtics due to a right calf strain.
Gordon will miss his seventh straight game which means Russell Westbrook could remain in the starting five. Michael Porter Jr. has seen his role as a scorer increase with Gordon on the sidelines.
  • DAL Point Guard #11
ESPN’s Shams Charania reports that Kyrie Irving is expected to miss 1-2 weeks due to a bulging disc in his back.
The hits keep on coming for a Mavericks team that’s already missing Luka Doncic. With Irving now out for an extended period, expect Jaden Hardy and Quentin Grimes to see big minutes and usage.
  • NOP Power Forward #1
According to Pelicans head coach Willie Green, Zion Williamson could return this week.
Williamson hasn’t played since November 6, and he’s appeared in just six games this season. Even if he gets the green light, he’ll surely face a minutes restriction given his lengthy injury history. Fantasy managers looking to trade Williamson could use this news to leverage a deal for a more significant return.
