Victor Wembanyama played in a G-League game with his French team Metropolitans 92 and went off for a stunning 37 points, four rebounds, seven 3-pointers and five blocks.
The only NBA player in history with seven triples and five blocks in a game is Danny Green, who needed three overtimes to do it a long time ago. On a side note, Chet Holmgren had four 3-pointers and six blocks in just 24 minutes of his Summer League debut. Scoot Henderson, the projected No. 2 pick behind Wembanyama, had 28 points, five rebounds and nine assists for the G-League’s Ignite. This game was insane to watch and it’s sure to be a hot topic of conversation at the water cooler on Wednesday, as well as the rest of the season. NBA teams are going to be tanking hard for a shot at one of these two players with the Thunder, Rockets, Jazz, Magic, Pacers and Spurs likely leading the way. And if you haven’t seen the highlights, stop what you’re doing and click the link.

  • UTA Point Guard #00

Jordan Clarkson (left foot plantar fasciitis) and Kyle Filipowski (sprained right ankle) will remain sidelined for Tuesday’s game against the Thunder.
This will be a fifth straight absence for Clarkson, while this will be the sixth straight for Filipowski. Johnny Juzang, Brice Sensabaugh and Isaiah Collier should continue to see minutes in the teens off the bench, but Will Hardy will likely just end up relying on the starters to play extra minutes.
  • GSW Point Guard #30
Stephen Curry (bilateral patellofemoral pain) is probable for Tuesday’s game against Denver.
Curry has dealt with this issue for a few games, most recently logging 32 minutes in Saturday’s loss to the Suns. The probable tag is promising regarding his potential availability for Tuesday night. However, with the Warriors having already clinched their place in the NBA Cup quarterfinals, that may be reason enough to give Curry the night off. Brandin Podziemski and Buddy Hield are two players who would benefit if Curry cannot play.
  • MIA Center #7
Kel’el Ware (right foot tendinitis) has been downgraded to out for Monday’s game against the Celtics.
This will be a third straight absence for Ware, who hasn’t played a large role during his rookie season. With Kevin Love also sidelined, Thomas Bryant will likely fill out the backup center minutes in this game.
  • NOP Small Forward #14
Brandon Ingram (right plantaris tendonitis) is out for Monday’s game against the Hawks.
Ingram will remain sidelined for another game after the Pelicans initially listed him as questionable. Javonte Green should get another start, but he hasn’t been productive enough to merit being streamed in most leagues.
  • LAL Shooting Guard #0
Jalen Hood-Schifino (left groin soreness) has been downgraded to out for Monday’s matchup with Minnesota.
Due to various injuries to their backcourt rotation, JHS logged 13 minutes on Sunday. However, with D’Angelo Russell and Cam Reddish back, JHS likely would’ve been pushed out of the rotation for this game anyway.
  • LAL Point Guard #1
D’Angelo Russell, Dalton Knecht, Rui Hachimura, LeBron James, and Anthony Davis will start Monday’s game against the Timberwolves.
The Lakers are again without Austin Reaves, who will miss a second straight game due to a pelvic contusion. Russell is back after not playing in Utah on Sunday and will start, bumping Gabe Vincent to the bench. D’Lo has struggled coming off the bench; hopefully, the lineup change adds to his fantasy value.
  • LAL Shooting Guard #15
Austin Reaves (left pelvic contusion) has been downgraded to out for Monday’s game against Minnesota.
Reaves will miss another game, with Gabe Vincent having started in his place in the last one. However, with D’Angelo Russell back for this one, Vincent will be pushed back to the bench.
  • LAL Power Forward #3
Anthony Davis (left foot plantar fasciitis) has been upgraded to available for Monday’s game against the Timberwolves.
As expected, AD will play after initially being listed as probable for this game. He’ll continue to put up dominant numbers, though he does have a tough matchup in Rudy Gobert, and they’re on the second night of a back-to-back.
  • BOS Small Forward #7
Derrick White, Payton Pritchard, Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, and Neemias Queta will start Monday’s game against the Heat.
White and Brown are back in the lineup after sitting out Sunday’s loss to the Cavaliers. With Al Horford, Kristaps Porzingis, and Jrue Holiday sidelined, Pritchard and Queta move into the starting lineup. Those two are worth streaming, especially with only four games on the schedule for Monday.
  • LAL Point Guard #1
D’Angelo Russell (illness) and Cam Reddish (illness) have been upgraded to available for Monday’s game against Minnesota.
Both guards will be available after missing the Lakers’ previous game on Sunday. With Russell back, Gabe Vincent will likely be pushed back to the bench, though all three will likely play significant roles with Austin Reaves sidelined once again.
