Mike D’Antoni is reportedly stepping away from a full-time coaching role on Steve Nash’s staff, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
According to Woj, D’Antoni is expected to pursue head coaching opportunities again in the future. He was reportedly a finalist for the Portland opening this offseason, and will likely be a finalist for openings again next offseason. D’Antoni has over 20 years of NBA coaching experience, including 16 as a head coach.

  • BKN Power Forward #26
Personalize your Rotoworld feed by favoriting players
The Nets will start Reece Beekman, Keon Johnson, Ziaire Williams, Trendon Watford, Drew Timme against the Raptors on Sunday.
Beekman and Timme will get spot starts for the Nets on Sunday. Beekman hasn’t looked promising when given opportunities to contribute, but Timme has shown potential through four games with Brooklyn.
  • MIA Point Guard #14
Tyler Herro (thigh) and Andrew Wiggins (hamstring) are questionable for Monday’s game against the 76ers.
Herro missed the Heat’s last game while Wiggins has missed five straight. Pelle Larsson and Alec Burks could be poised to start like they did against Milwaukee if the aforementioned players are ruled out.
  • LAL Small Forward #23
LeBron James (groin) is active for Sunday’s game against the Thunder.
James has played a ton of minutes since returning from injury and will suit up against the best team in the Western Conference. He was held to just 12 points in his first meeting with the Thunder this season.
  • TOR Small Forward #4
Scottie Barnes (hand) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Nets.
Barnes is set to miss his second straight game with a hand injury. The Raptors will likely continue to start Jonathan Mogbo in his place against Brooklyn.
  • MIL Small Forward #24
Pat Connaughton (ankle) is probable for Sunday’s game against the Pelicans.
Connaughton has had a solid run since late March and it appears like injuries will help him return to the rotation consistently in April. He’s provided some decent scoring off the bench but doesn’t turn heads with his other stats.
  • NYK Point Guard #1
Cameron Payne (ankle) is probable for Sunday’s game against the Suns.
Payne is dealing with a minor ankle tweak but appears set to play on Sunday. He likely won’t need to start with Jalen Brunson ready for a return, so he and Miles McBride should be prepared to serve smaller roles than they have lately.
  • MIL Power Forward #34
Giannis Antetokounmpo (shoulder) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Pelicans.
Antetokounmpo is banged up after his latest triple-double. However, the Bucks star has been relatively healthy as of late and has regularly powered through minor tweaks. Gary Trent is one of the players most likely to step into the starting lineup if Antetokounmpo can’t go.
  • NYK Point Guard #2
Miles McBride (groin) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Suns.
McBride has missed eight games with a groin injury but has a chance to return against Phoenix. He will back up Jalen Brunson if he’s active, so fantasy managers should expect his ceiling to be lower than it was during his stint as a starter.
  • WAS Power Forward #22
Richaun Holmes (shoulder) and Tristan Vukcevic (knee) have been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Celtics.
Both the Wizards’ backup centers have been ruled out. Alex Sarr won’t have much support, so Anthony Gill and JT Thor could be called upon for some small ball center minutes against Boston.
  • ATL Point Guard #11
Trae Young (Achilles) is probable for Sunday’s game against the Jazz.
Young fell one assist short of his eighth straight double-double in his last game and his Achilles isn’t slowing him down. Fantasy managers should expect the star point guard to be his usual self against Utah.
