Pau Gasol has signed with FC Barcelona in the EuroLeague.
Gasol said in October that he wants to play for Spain in the Tokyo Olympics this summer, and joining FC Barcelona is another step in that direction. The 40-year-old center will inevitably be inducted to the Hall of Fame when his playing days are over, both for his monumental success in the NBA and his central role in Spain’s basketball programs for the past few decades.

RJ Barrett (rest) and Ochai Agbaji (rest) have been removed from the injury report for Thursday’s game against the Trail Blazers.
Barrett and Agbaji will be available after sitting out Tuesday’s loss to the Bulls. The former will be in the starting lineup, likely pushing Jamison Battle to the bench. Battle is not worth holding onto in most leagues. While Agbaji will likely be a reserve, he should get the minutes needed to potentially impact deeper fantasy leagues.
  • TOR Small Forward #4
Scottie Barnes (finger) and Jared Rhoden (finger) are questionable for Thursday’s game against the Trail Blazers.
Barnes is dealing with a finger joint contusion while Rhoden has a finger joint sprain. Barnes is the bigger loss if he’s out as Rhoden hasn’t been a consistent part of the Raptors’ rotation. Rhoden could be in line for a decent workload Thursday if he’s available given all the injuries Toronto is dealing with.
  • TOR Shooting Guard #5
Immanuel Quickley (rest) and Jakob Poeltl (rest) are out for Thursday’s game against the Trail Blazers.
Quickley and Poeltl will get another rest day on Thursday. And with the Raptors officially eliminated from postseason contention, don’t be surprised if there are more nights off for the veteran pair. Jamal Shead and Orlando Robinson are the likely replacements in the starting lineup, and both players would be worth streaming in deep leagues.
  • HOU Point Guard #5
Fred VanVleet (ankle) is questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Jazz.
VanVleet is dealing with soreness in his right ankle, which he initially injured in early February. With the Rockets facing a Jazz squad that will be without most of its key contributors, Wednesday’s game could be viewed as an opportunity to get VanVleet an extra night off. If he does not play, Tari Eason could move into the starting lineup, with Aaron Holiday potentially entering the rotation.
  • BKN Small Forward #22
Jalen Wilson (ankle) is questionable for Thursday’s game against the Timberwolves.
Wilson started Monday’s win over the Mavericks, filling in for the injured Cameron Johnson and logging 29 minutes. With Johnson already out for Thursday’s game, the Nets could be without two rotation forwards. Maxwell Lewis and Trendon Watford are two players whose minutes would increase if Wilson does not play. Watford offers a slightly higher fantasy ceiling, but both players would be worth streaming in deep leagues.
  • BKN Small Forward #8
Ziaire Williams (rest) is out for Thursday’s game against the Timberwolves.
Williams has dealt with a hamstring injury and an illness lately. Now the Nets are giving him Thursday off for rest. With Cameron Johnson (back) also ruled out, Jalen Wilson (ankle) should have an increased role if he’s available.
  • BKN Point Guard #1
D’Angelo Russell (ankle) is probable for Thursday’s game against the Timberwolves.
Russell is dealing with a sore right ankle, but the probable tag suggests he will be available on Thursday. If not, Tyrese Martin is most likely to enter the starting lineup. Martin has not been a great streamer when allowed to start, but he would be worth a look in deep leagues on one of the lighter game days of Week 22.
  • DEN Shooting Guard #0
Christian Braun (foot) and Peyton Watson (knee) are questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Spurs.
Watson started on Tuesday with Michael Porter Jr. sidelined, but with six rotation players questionable against San Antonio, including all five starters, Denver’s lineup could look quite strange on Wednesday. Watson will only continue to start if other players are sidelined, while Braun should remain in his typical starting spot if available. Russell Westbrook should be next in line to move into the starting lineup, depending on who is made available.
  • DEN Small Forward #1
Michael Porter Jr. (personal) and Aaron Gordon (illness, calf) are questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Spurs.
Gordon did some heavy lifting his last time out by scoring 30 points in 47 minutes while MPJ missed the contest for personal reasons. Peyton Watson could take advantage of Denver being short on lengthy wings, though he is also questionable due to right knee inflammation. There are too many unknowns at this point to know what the Nuggets’ rotation will look like against San Antonio.
  • DEN Center #15
Nikola Jokic (ankle) and Jamal Murray (hamstring) are questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Spurs.
It’s reasonable for Jokic to be a little gassed after posting a 61-point triple-double on Tuesday. On the other hand, Murray is looking to return from a two-game layoff. Deandre Jordan will likely fill in for Jokic if he’s ruled out. Russell Westbrook, Jalen Pickett or Peyton Watson could fill in for Murray, though Watson is also listed as questionable.
