The Thunder are planning to sign Devon Hall to a two-way contract, according to Erik Horne of The Athletic.
OKC has an extra two-way spot now that Lu Dort signed a multiple-year contract this week, and the deal should be official on Saturday. Hall had signed a two-way deal with OKC back in September, but he only logged a grand total of 20 minutes with the Thunder. The 2018 second-round pick will provide some depth to OKC’s backcourt and won’t be in the rotation unless multiple players are unavailable for games.

  • ATL Point Guard #11
Personalize your Rotoworld feed by favoriting players
Trae Young (right Achilles tendinitis), Bogdan Bogdanovic (left quad contusion) and De’Andre Hunter (right knee injury management)
All three players were initially listed as probable and will once again be available to play in this game. Hunter and Bogi will play significant roles off the bench, while Young will continue to be the focal point of the offense in his typical starting role.
  • ATL Power Forward #1
Jalen Johnson (right ankle sprain) has been upgraded to available for Saturday’s matchup with Milwaukee.
Johnson was initially listed as questionable due to an ankle injury that he suffered in the fourth quarter against New York on Wednesday. However, it won’t keep him out of the lineup in the semifinals of the NBA Cup in Las Vegas.
  • MIL Power Forward #34
Giannis Antetokounmpo (right patella tendinopathy), Khris Middleton (bilateral ankle surgery) and MarJon Beauchamp (left hamstring tendinopathy) have all been upgraded to available for Saturday’s NBA Cup matchup with Atlanta.
All three players were initially listed as probable for this game and have now officially been cleared to play. Giannis should continue to put up big numbers in a large role, especially with a chance to make next week’s championship game of the NBA Cup. Middleton will still see around 20 minutes off the bench, though he hasn’t been able to find his shot yet. Still, he has been able to contribute in other categories. Beauchamp likely won’t see the floor.
  • SAC Shooting Guard #9
Kevin Huerter has a minor AC joint sprain in his surgically repaired left shoulder and will be considered day-to-day moving forward, per a team report.
This is the same shoulder that ended last season early for him, so his status for Monday’s game against Denver is certainly in question. If he were forced to miss time, Keon Ellis should take on extra minutes off the bench.
  • FA Power Forward #7
The Pistons waived Paul Reed on Saturday.
Reed has only appeared in a handful of games for Detroit this season, mostly when either Jalen Duren or Isaiah Stewart is out of the lineup. Reed will likely find another team to be a depth piece for, but it is unlikely that he impacts fantasy basketball.
  • DAL Power Forward #25
PJ Washington (illness) is expected to be back in the lineup for Sunday’s matchup with the Warriors.
Washington missed their last game with an illness, but he wasn’t mentioned when Jason Kidd shared the players that will be sidelined against Golden State. Barring a late change, his return will push Quentin Grimes back to the bench.
  • DAL Small Forward #13
Naji Marshall (illness) will remain sidelined for Sunday’s matchup with Golden State.
Marshall played in their last game but will be back out of the lineup after missing practice on Friday. PJ Washington will be back, so with Marshall out, Olivier Maxence-Prosper should have a small role off the bench.
  • DAL Center #42
Maxi Kleber (illness) will remain sidelined for Sunday’s matchup with Golden State.
Kleber will miss a third straight game, which means that Dereck Lively and Daniel Gafford will fully split the minutes at center. Wtih Naji Marshall also out, Oliver Maxence-Prosper should be part of the rotation, but he won’t see enough minutes to be worth streaming.
  • DAL Point Guard #1
Jaden Hardy (right ankle sprain) will remain sidelined for Sunday’s matchup with the Warriors.
Hardy will miss another game, but with Luka Doncic, Kyrie Irving and Klay Thompson all healthy, there won’t be enough minutes for Hardy to make a fantasy impact.
  • MIA Small Forward #5
Nikola Jovic injured his left ankle during practice on Saturday.
This is the same ankle that forced Jovic to miss time already this season, so his status for Monday’s game against Detroit is certainly up in the air. With the Heat recently trading away Thomas Bryant, Kel’el Ware and Kevin Love should see extra minutes if Jovic misses time.
