Martin is a 6'2" guard who comes in from the G League averaging 18.5 points, 5.1 assists, 3.0 rebounds, 1.5 steals and 1.0 triples in 29.4 minutes. Those aren’t standout numbers for a G League player, and he may never crack coach Kenny Atkinson’s rotation.

Shannon was held out of Friday’s win over the Suns, but the rookie has not played more than 10 minutes in a game since early March. He’s unlikely to get the minutes needed to impact fantasy basketball if allowed to play on Sunday.

Williams continues to show up on the injury report with low back tightness. He scored 14 points in 27 minutes against the Magic on Thursday and should be in line for a similar workload Saturday against the Bulls.

While Martin will provide additional depth off the bench, Jones’s status impacts the Mavericks and fantasy basketball more. He has started alongside Anthony Davis and is worth rostering in deep leagues while Dallas awaits the return of Daniel Gafford (knee) and Dereck Lively II (ankle).

Washington was initially listed as questionable, but will return after a two-game absence with an ankle injury. His return will cut into Naji Marshall’s playing time. Davis is available again after playing Thursday and should play about 30 minutes against the Bulls.

Gafford and Lively will remain out for another game, which means Kai Jones will continue to start alongside Anthony Davis. Jones is worth streaming in deep leagues when allowed to start. As for Gafford and Lively, there is optimism that they’ll be able to return to action sometime next week. The Mavericks play four games during Week 22, starting with the Nets on Monday.

The Nets are without D’Angelo Russell and Nic Claxton, opening up two spots in the starting lineup. Martin will replace Russell, which also raises Keon Johnson’s fantasy ceiling. As for Claxton, he’ll be replaced in the lineup by Clowney, who is a must-stream player, especially with Day’Ron Sharpe also out.

While Olynyk’s case of Achilles tendonosis is a new injury, this is not the first time Hawkins has dealt with lower back spasms. Karlo Matkovic’s minutes would increase if Olynyk cannot play, with the rookie possibly moving into the starting lineup. As for what the Pelicans would do if Hawkins cannot play, Antonio Reeves will likely play additional minutes.

Harris was a late scratch Friday against the Cavaliers with an Achilles injury. The 32-year-old appears set to make it a one-game absence and return against the Timberwolves Sunday given his probable listing. Malik Beasley will head back to the bench with Harris back.

McCollum will miss a third consecutive game with a right foot contusion. Given where the Pelicans are in the standings, there’s no need for him to consider rushing back onto the court. Bruce Brown has taken on a more prominent role within the Pelicans rotation and should be rostered since the Pelicans will also be without Zion Williamson. Jordan Hawkins is also worth a look in deeper leagues.

While Cunningham is said to be day-to-day with a calf injury, his chances of playing Sunday against Minnesota are slim to none. With the 23-year-old point guard likely sidelined again, Dennis Schroder figures to start with Marcus Sasser playing an increased role off the bench.
