  • OKC Power Forward #33

Mitch McGary has been suspended for five games to begin next season for failing the NBA’s drug policy.
Not good. While at Michigan, McGary was suspended for testing positive for marijuana. He’s played very well in Orlando this week and he would have a chance for minutes with Serge Ibaka and Kevin Durant gone.
  • UTA Point Guard #3

Keyonte George (heel) has been ruled out for Sunday’s matchup with Orlando.
  • WAS Shooting Guard #0
Bilal Coulibaly (illness) has been downgraded to out for Sunday’s matchup with New Orleans.
  • NOP Point Guard #5
Dejounte Murray (right elbow soreness) will play against Washington on Sunday.
  • MIA Power Forward #24
Haywood Highsmith (personal reasons) is questionable to play against the Kings on Monday.
Highsmith is expected to be back with the team in time for the game, but he listed as questionable because he wasn’t with the team for their flight to Sacramento. If he isn’t able to make the game, there will be an open starting spot, which could be filled by Jaime Jaquez Jr. or Duncan Robinson.
  • MIA Shooting Guard #0
Josh Richardson (right heel soreness) is listed as doubtful for Monday’s matchup with the Kings.
This is a step in the right direction for him, but Richardson isn’t expected to be back yet. He has been sidelined since mid-November, and that won’t change against Sacramento. Richardson could have a role in the rotation when he is back now that Jimmy Butler has seemingly played his last game for the Heat, but he isn’t a player to consider picking up off the waiver wire.
  • GSW Power Forward #00
Jonathan Kuminga (right ankle sprain) is expected to be sidelined until at least January 15th.
Kuminga had already been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Kings, but if he is sidelined through the 15th, that would be five more absences for him. Kyle Anderson played 17 minutes in the second half of their last game after Kuminga’s exit and should be a significant part of the rotation as long as Kuminga is sidelined.
  • PHI Small Forward #9
Kelly Oubre Jr. (left hand sprain) and Kyle Lowry ( ) are listed as questionable ahead of Sunday’s 76ers-Suns game.
Oubre has missed three straight games while Lowry has filled in as a starter. Oubre will likely bump Lowry to the bench if made active ahead against Phoenix and Reggie Jackson has a chance to take some of Lowry’s minutes if the point guard is ruled out.
  • PHI Center #21
Joel Embiid (left foot sprain) is listed as questionable for Monday’s 76ers-Suns game.
Embiid is in danger of missing his second game of the month after scoring 28 points in back-to-back games. Andre Drummond will likely fill in at center if 76ers’ star big man can’t suit up.
  • SAC Small Forward #13
Keegan Murray (left ankle soreness) is listed as active for Sunday’s Kings-Warriors game.
Murray scored less than six points in two straight games before missing two contests with an ankle injury. His offense will be crucial against the Warriors with De’Aaron Fox out of commission.
  • SAC Point Guard #5
De’Aaron Fox (right glute contusion) has been ruled out for Sunday’s Kings-Warriors games.
Fox is set to miss his first game of the season on Sunday. The Kings guard leads his team in points, assists, and steals. Keon Ellis has logged at least 34 minutes in two straight contests.
