Ramon Sessions will reportedly be traded to the Lakers for a future draft pick according to former Cavs beat writer Brian Windhorst.
Hopefully you had him stashed, but if you didn’t go run and pick him up right now for his expected low-to-mid round value. He’ll battle for touches with Kobe Bryant and the Lakers’ bigs, but will have plenty of value in a minimum 30-minute minute role manning the controls. This signals that Steve Blake is likely heading to Portland, which will hit Raymond Felton pretty hard if he stays with the team. This would confirm rumors that Luke Ridnour is not a part of the Jamal Crawford deal, as well.

Obi Toppin provided a boost off the bench with 20 points (9-of-14 FGs), five rebounds, two assists and one three-pointer in Game 4 against the Cavaliers on Sunday.
Toppin has been a solid reserve for Indiana all season, but he hadn’t been as productive in the postseason until Game 4. This was the second-highest scoring playoff game of Toppin’s career, narrowly finishing behind his 21-point game against the Bucks last season. Toppin will continue to play a large role off the bench, but the odds of him reaching 20 points again are slim.
Cavs +375 'is appealing' Eastern champion bet
Drew Dinsick is banking on the upside of the Cleveland Cavaliers getting healthier and finds good value in the Eastern Conference No. 1 seed turning things around in their series with the Indiana Pacers.
  • IND Center #33
Myles Turner lit up the Cavaliers with 20 points (7-of-13 FGs), seven rebounds, three assists and four three-pointers in Game 4 on Sunday.
For the fourth time in Indiana’s last six games, Turner scored 20 points. This time, it only took him 22 minutes. Turner has been a big part of the offense recently, and the strategy is working; they are 4-0 when he scores at least 20 points during this postseason, and they’re 17-2 over the course of the entire season when he reaches 20 points. Turner will continue to feature heavily in the offense in Game 5 as the Pacers look to close out this series.
  • IND Power Forward #43
Pascal Siakam led the Pacers with 21 points (9-of-10 FGs), six rebounds, three assists, one steal and two three-pointers in a 129-109 win over the Cavaliers in Game 4 on Sunday.
What a night it was for Siakam, who only missed one shot in the blowout win. He only played 21 minutes, but that was more than enough for Indiana to take complete control of this game. His dominant night has them just one win away from returning to the conference finals for a second straight season. Siakam hadn’t been a significant part of the offense in this series, but the strategy to get him going paid off on Sunday. He’ll look to stay hot in Game 5 on Tuesday with a chance to close out the series.
  • CLE Point Guard #10
Darius Garland led the Cavaliers with 21 points (6-of-11 FGs, 8-of-8 FTs), one rebound, six assists, one steal and one three-pointer in a 129-109 loss to the Pacers in Game 4 on Sunday.
It didn’t have much of an impact on the final score, but Garland was much better in the second half. He had 12 points in the third quarter alone before sitting out the entire fourth quarter. At that point, the score was simply too lopsided for Garland to continue. Still, it was good to see him have a productive night after he struggled in Game 3 and missed Games 1 and 2. With Donovan Mitchell (ankle) set to have an MRI on Monday, a lot of responsibility may fall on Garland’s shoulders to keep Cleveland’s season alive in Game 5 on Tuesday.
  • CLE Center #31
Jarrett Allen was ineffective on Sunday and contributed just two points (0-of-1 FGs), two rebounds, one assist and one block in 20 minutes in Game 4 against the Pacers.
Coming off two straight double-doubles, Allen was rendered ineffective in Sunday’s blowout loss. He was on the floor for 20 minutes, but he set a new season-low for rebounds and missed his only shot attempt. It was a game to forget for both Allen and the Cavaliers, and they’ll only have one day off before Game 5 on Tuesday. They’ll look to get back on track and keep their season alive with the series shifting back to Cleveland.
  • CLE Shooting Guard #45
Cavaliers head coach Kenny Atkinson said Donovan Mitchell will get an MRI on his left ankle on Monday.
Mitchell exited from Game 4 at halftime, and it wasn’t clear at the time if the 41-point deficit was a factor. However, Mitchell will undergo more testing on Monday, which will give a better indication of his status ahead of Game 5 on Tuesday. With Cleveland facing a 3-1 deficit, it’s difficult to imagine Mitchell not playing through it if it’s only a minor injury. Ty Jerome started the second half in place of Mitchell and would likely start Game 5 if the injury is significant.
  • CLE Shooting Guard #35
Isaac Okoro finished with 13 points (5-of-6 FGs), two rebounds, one steal and two three-pointers in 19 minutes in Game 4 against the Pacers on Sunday.
Okoro hasn’t seen the floor much during the playoffs, but the former top-five pick took on extra minutes in this game due to the lopsided score. He took advantage of the opportunity and helped turn a 41-point halftime deficit into only a 20-point loss. Okoro likely won’t play as much in Game 5 as Cleveland battles to keep its season alive, though he was one of the few bright spots in an ugly loss on Sunday.
  • CLE Shooting Guard #45
Donovan Mitchell (ankle) is doubtful to return to Game 4 against the Pacers on Sunday.
While the 41-point halftime deficit may have been a factor in this decision, it certainly isn’t a good sign. Mitchell dealt with a left ankle injury at the end of the regular season and is now dealing with an injury to the same ankle. The extent isn’t clear, but Cleveland won’t be able to win this series without their superstar. Darius Garland, Evan Mobley and De’Andre Hunter have also been limited by injuries in this series. Ty Jerome started the second half in place of Mitchell, who was the team’s leading scorer at halftime with 12 points.
  • IND Small Forward #00
Bennedict Mathurin has been ejected for a Flagrant 2 foul during Game 4 on Sunday.
Mathurin has been getting into it with De’Andre Hunter all series, and more of the same resulted in an early departure for Mathurin, who scored 23 points in Game 3. Mathurin gave Hunter a shot to the chest, and Hunter retaliated by pushing Mathurin on the ground. Myles Turner gave Hunter a shoulder to defend Mathurin, and both Hunter and Turner were assessed technicals. However, Mathurin, who stood over Hunter after he dislocated his thumb in Game 1, was assessed a Flagrant 2. Ben Sheppard will likely take on extra minutes after Mathurin’s night lasted only one minute.
  • OKC Point Guard #22
Cason Wallace provided a boost off the bench with 11 points (4-of-7 FGs), five rebounds, two assists, two steals and three three-pointers in Game 4 against the Nuggets on Sunday.
Outside of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (25 points), the OKC starters struggled on the offensive end. However, Wallace, Aaron Wiggins (11 points) and Alex Caruso (10 points) were able to make up for the struggles of the starting five. Wallace made his presence felt on both ends of the floor to help OKC tie this series back up and retake homecourt advantage. This was Wallace’s best game of the postseason, and he’ll look to remain productive in Game 5 in OKC on Tuesday.
