Nets GM Billy King recently watched Deron Williams play for Besiktas in Turkey -- D-Will finished the game with 24 points, 10 assists and four rebounds.
King is allowed to watch Williams play but cannot have any contact with him, or comment on his performance. It sounds like D-Will is settling in with his new team, after a lackluster period of adjustment.
  • ATL Point Guard #11

Trae Young (Achilles) is probable for Wednesday’s game against the Mavericks.
Young enters Wednesday having notched six straight double-doubles. He hasn’t let his nagging Achilles injury hinder him and he’ll likely take on his normal workload against Dallas.
  • NYK Center #23
Mitchell Robinson (injury recovery) has been ruled out for Wednesday’s game against the Cavaliers.
Robinson logged a double-double in the first leg of this back-to-back. He’ll need some rest, though. Precious Achiuwa will likely be called upon for some reserve center minutes behind Karl-Anthony Towns.
  • NYK Power Forward #32
Karl-Anthony Towns (knee) is probable for Wednesday’s game against the Cavaliers.
KAT missed Tuesday’s game against the 76ers but is ready to give it a go on Wednesday. The big man has a chance to bump Mitchell Robinson back to the bench.
  • NYK Point Guard #2
Miles McBride (groin) and Cameron Payne (ankle) have been ruled out against the Cavaliers on Wednesday.
New York will be missing all three of its top point guard options in the second leg of a back-to-back. Delon Wright and Tyler Kolek appear poised to step up to the plate ass fill-ins again.
  • UTA Small Forward #5
Cody Williams (illness) has been ruled out for the remainder of the 2024-25 season.
Williams’ underwhelming rookie season is coming to a close. The Colorado product will likely be replaced by a host of wings. Johnny Juzang and Brice Sensabaugh will be among them.
  • UTA Power Forward #23
Lauri Markkanen (knee) and John Collins (ankle) are set to miss at least one week.
Markkanen’s timetable for return is set for 7 to 10 days while Collins is only certain to miss at least a week. Fantasy managers should expect to see a lot more KJ Martin and Kyle Filipowski in the meantime.
  • CLE Power Forward #32
Dean Wade (illness) is questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Knicks.
Tristan Thompson is far from a rotational player, so De’Andre Hunter could potentially find himself playing some small-ball four off the bench if Wade is ruled out.
  • OKC Shooting Guard #9
Alex Caruso (ankle) and Jaylin Williams (ankle) are questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Pistons.
Caruso and Williams have been relatively health as of late off the pine. Cason Wallace and Kenrich Williams could play more important bench roles than usual if the aforementioned players can’t suit up.
  • CHA Shooting Guard #8
Nick Smith Jr. (ankle) is questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Pacers.
Smith enjoyed a healthy bump in point production last month. Josh Okogie will have a chance to be a key part of the rotation off the bench if Smith is ruled out.
  • CHA Small Forward #0
Miles Bridges (illness) and Taj Gibson (illness) are questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Pacers.
Bridges and Gibson are dealing with illnesses ahead of Wednesday’s matchup. Tidjane Salaun could get some extra burn if Bridges misses time. Gibson’s status shouldn’t affect fantasy basketball, though.
