  • MIL Point Guard

The Nets signed point guard Eddie Gill on Friday.
With Darrell Armstrong likely out for a month and Marcus Williams still recovering from foot surgery, the Nets needed a backup for Jason Kidd for the short term.
  • DEN Shooting Guard #0

Christian Braun (foot) and Peyton Watson (knee) are questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Spurs.
Braun and Watson will join a long list of questionable Nuggets players ahead of Wednesday’s game. Russell Westbrook could break into the starting lineup in Braun’s typical spot. Even if Jamal Murray is upgraded to active.
  • DEN Small Forward #1
Michael Porter Jr. (personal) and Aaron Gordon (illness, calf) are questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Spurs.
Gordon did some heavy lifting his last time out by scoring 30 points in 47 minutes while MPJ missed the contest for personal reasons. Peyton Watson could take advantage of Denver being short on lengthy wings.
  • DEN Center #15
Nikola Jokic (ankle) and Jamal Murray (hamstring) are questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Spurs.
It’s reasonable for Jokic to be a little gassed after posting a 61-point triple-double on Tuesday. Murray, on the other hand, is looking to return from a two-game layoff. Deandre Jordan will likely fill in for Jokic if he’s ruled out. Russell Westbrook, Jalen Pickett, or Payton Watson could fill in for Murray.
  • SAS Small Forward #0
Keldon Johnson (back) is listed as questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Nuggets.
Johnson’s status for Wednesday is up in the air. Several San Antonio wings are banged up, so Julian Champagnie has a great chance to step up into a larger role against Denver.
  • SAS Shooting Guard #24
Devin Vassell (injury management) has been ruled out for Wednesday’s game against the Nuggets.
Vassell wil get the night off on Wednesday and his scoring has been on the downstroke as of late. Julian Champagnie is one player who can take advantage of his absence. Especially with Keldon Johnson listed as questionable.
  • SAS Power Forward #10
Jeremy Sochan (back) and Charles Bassey (injury management) have been ruled out for Wednesday’s game against the Nuggets.
Sochan and Bassey sat against the Magic and are set to miss out in a second straight game. Bismack Biyombo and Sandro Mamukelashvili will have to hold down the fort at center.
  • ATL Point Guard #11
Trae Young (Achilles) is probable for Wednesday’s game against the Mavericks.
Young enters Wednesday having notched six straight double-doubles. He hasn’t let his nagging Achilles injury hinder him and he’ll likely take on his normal workload against Dallas.
  • NYK Center #23
Mitchell Robinson (injury recovery) has been ruled out for Wednesday’s game against the Cavaliers.
Robinson logged a double-double in the first leg of this back-to-back. He’ll need some rest, though. Precious Achiuwa will likely be called upon for some reserve center minutes behind Karl-Anthony Towns.
  • NYK Power Forward #32
Karl-Anthony Towns (knee) is probable for Wednesday’s game against the Cavaliers.
KAT missed Tuesday’s game against the 76ers but is ready to give it a go on Wednesday. The big man has a chance to bump Mitchell Robinson back to the bench.
  • NYK Point Guard #2
Miles McBride (groin) and Cameron Payne (ankle) have been ruled out against the Cavaliers on Wednesday.
New York will be missing all three of its top point guard options in the second leg of a back-to-back. Delon Wright and Tyler Kolek appear poised to step up to the plate ass fill-ins again.
