The Charlotte Bobcats hired Dell Curry as an assistant coach Monday, while former assistant John Outlaw was named director of pro player personnel.
Curry had served as the Bobcats’ director of player development and will join first-year coach Sam Vincent’s staff, which includes Phil Ford, Lee Rose, Jeff Capel and Paul Mokeski. Outlaw will take over many of Curry’s former duties, as the Bobcats staff under Michael Jordan appears to finally be in place.
  • LAC Small Forward #24

Norman Powell (hamstring) will be re-evaluated in 10 days.
Powell will be re-evaluated around March 14, which means that Tuesday’s game against Phoenix will likely be the first of at least six absences for Powell. Bogdan Bogdanovic and Amir Coffey will both play larger roles with Powell sidelined, with one of them likely moving into the starting lineup.
  • BKN Shooting Guard #24
D’Angelo Russell, Cam Thomas, Cameron Johnson, Ziaire Williams and Nic Claxton will start Tuesday’s game against the Spurs.
Johnson, Williams and Claxton are the holdovers from the quintet that started Saturday’s loss to the Pistons. Russell and Thomas replace Killian Hayes (whose 10-day contract expired) and Keon Johnson, who will play quality minutes off the bench. Given the unpredictable availability of Russell and Thomas, Keon is worth holding onto in deep leagues.
  • CHI Point Guard #30
Tre Jones, Coby White, Dalen Terry, Matas Buzelis and Zach Collins will start against the Cavaliers on Tuesday.
Chicago is playing this game without Lonzo Ball, Kevin Huerter and Josh Giddey, which will allow Jones to get his first start as a Bull. Terry will also remain in the starting lineup, though he only played 19 minutes in that role on Sunday.
  • PHI Small Forward #19
Justin Edwards (ankle) is out for Tuesday’s game against the Timberwolves.
Initially questionable for Tuesday night after starting on Monday, Edwards has been ruled out. Paul George, who the rookie replaced on Monday, is available and will take on his usual role as part of the starting lineup.
  • MIN Power Forward #30
Julius Randle (groin) has been upgraded to available to play against the 76ers on Tuesday.
Randle was initially listed as questionable, but he will suit up for a second straight game. He had 20 points in 34 minutes in his first game back on Sunday after missing about a month with this groin injury.
  • PHI Small Forward #8
Quentin Grimes, Kelly Oubre Jr., Paul George, Guerschon Yabusele and Andre Drummond will start Tuesday’s game against the Timberwolves.
Oubre and George are back in the 76ers lineup after missing Monday’s loss to the Trail Blazers. Philadelphia is without Tyrese Maxey, opening up one spot in the starting five, and rookie Justin Edwards is out with a sprained ankle.
  • CLE Small Forward #12
Darius Garland, Donovan Mitchell, Max Strus, De’Andre Hunter and Jarrett Allen will start Tuesday’s game against the Bulls.
Mitchell returns after sitting out Sunday’s win over the Trail Blazers for rest reasons. However, Hunter will remain in the starting lineup, as Evan Mobley is getting the night off. Since joining the Cavaliers via trade, Hunter has provided solid value and is worth streaming in standard leagues.
  • ATL Center #18
The Hawks will start Trae Young, Dyson Daniels, Zaccharie Risacher, Mouhamed Gueye and Onyeka Okongwu against the Bucks on Tuesday.
After starting seven straight games for Atlanta, Gueye didn’t see the floor at all on Monday. However, he’ll return to the starting lineup and replace Dominick Barlow, who logged 13 minutes as a starter against Memphis. Regardless of who has started, neither has played a large role, with Caris LeVert, Georges Niang and Terance Mann taking on more minutes off the bench.
  • GSW Point Guard #30
Stephen Curry (ankle) has been upgraded to available to play against the Knicks on Tuesday.
Despite rolling his ankle on Monday, Curry will be available to play on the second night of Golden State’s back-to-back. Curry will occupy his normal spot in the starting lineup and will look to extend his streak of 20-point games to four.
  • NYK Center #23
Jalen Brunson, Mikal Bridges, Josh Hart, OG Anunoby and Mitchell Robinson will start Tuesday’s game against the Warriors.
The Knicks are without Karl-Anthony Towns, who will miss Tuesday’s game for personal reasons. But it won’t be Precious Achiuwa who fills the void. Robinson, making his first home appearance of the season, will start at the five. His minutes will likely be restricted, so there should be room for Achiuwa in the rotation.
