This mock trade seeks to fill positional needs while leveraging rest-of-season value. LeBron James is back to being his team’s primary offensive engine, posting 30+ points in three of his last five contests. There’s a good chance we start to see the LeBron we knew in Miami and Cleveland as he is forced to continue carrying the Los Angeles Lakers offensively. While the manager acquiring The King is losing elite numbers by parting ways with Rudy Gobert, they are also filing a positional void at forward. Additionally, by adding Deandre Ayton, there is not a significant downgrade at the center position. Based on ROS fantasy value, our Analyzer grades this deal as an overall W.
