The greatest drama on television. Monday’s episode made it clear that the season finale is approaching. Enough of the single episode arcs. We’re getting into the meat of the season, which featured some excellent games and plenty of drama. Tonight’s episode started off slow with some filler. The short-handed Pistons blew out the short-handed Pacers. Anthony Edwards finally got a win in his hometown of Atlanta. Boring stuff. Then, Tyler Herro hit a big three with less than a minute left in the game to beat Utah. Dillon Brooks (the self-appointed villain of the show) did his fair share of taunting that was directed at the Dallas crowd as Memphis won their second straight matchup with the Mavs. We even got an underdog story, with Houston hanging on to beat Boston. Despite being told he’s already a bust, Jabari Smith finished with at least 20 points and 10 rebounds for the third straight game. Finally, the night ended with some excellent games. The Bucks escaped Sacramento with a win in a playoff-like atmosphere, though the game ended with fireworks, as Brook Lopez didn’t take kindly to Trey Lyles fouling Giannis Antetokounmpo pretty hard with the game over. Klay Thompson also scored 33 of his 38 points in the first half alone, as Golden State held on to beat everyone’s rivals: the Phoenix Suns. David Roddy- 2%

Memphis has turned to Roddy to play big minutes off the bench over their last two games, and he has delivered in a big way. In 24.5 minutes, Roddy has averaged 21.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.5 steals, 1.0 block and 3.5 triples while shooting 75% from the floor. He has solidified his role in a 9-man rotation for Memphis with Ja Morant still out indefinitely. As long as his minutes don’t change, Roddy should be a solid option until Morant is back in the lineup.
Eugene Omoruyi- 1%

Detroit signed Omoruyi to a second 10-day contract on Monday, which means he’ll play at least four more games for them. He got the start on Monday and helped them end their losing streak with a 17/6/2/3 line. Between the injuries they’re dealing with and their dreams of Victor Wembanyama in the Motor City, Detroit should lean on Omoruyi, which could lead to more big games for him.
Jordan Nwora- 6%

In a blowout loss, Nwora played 31 minutes off the bench and provided a 20/4/3/2 line with three 3-pointers. Injuries to Tyrese Haliburton, Myles Turner and Bennedict Mathurin opened up offensive opportunities for Nwora, and Chris Duarte added his name to the list on Monday. If those guys remain out on Thursday, Nwora should continue to provide excellent value over his two remaining games this week.
Luka Garza- less than 1%

When many managers were ready to roll with Naz Reid as Rudy Gobert was listed as questionable, Minnesota performed a bait-and-switch, as Gobert was active while Reid was a late scratch. That paved the way for Garza to play minutes on Monday, and he provided a 14/3/2/1 line off the bench. If Reid (calf) remains sidelined, Garza will provide buckets as the backup center.
Gabe Vincent- 6%
Games left this week: 3
Even with Kyle Lowry back in the lineup, Vincent has remained the starting point guard. On Monday, he posted an 18/3/3/3 line with four 3-pointers. As long as he remains in the starting unit, he should provide his fair share of triples and steals, though the production has been inconsistent.
Jaden Hardy- 3%, Josh Green- 9%
Games left this week: 2
With Kyrie Irving and Luka Dončić sidelined once again, both Hardy and Green provided excellent value in this game. Hardy posted a 28/8/3/1/1 line with five triples while Green added a 23/5/7 line with three treys. There’s certainly limitations for both options, as the return of Kyrie or Luka would end their value, and they only play two more games this week. However, if the stars align on Wednesday, both guys will be solid options.
JaMychal Green- 2%

With Jonathan Kuminga sidelined for the third straight game, Green was once again the backup power forward for Golden State. After posting an 18/6/1/1/1 line in their last game, Green contributed a line of 9/7/1/2/1 on Monday. If Kuminga remains sidelined on Wednesday, Green will continue to be a solid option.
