Eugenio Suárez homered four times and drove in five runs, but the Diamondbacks fell 8-7 to the Braves on Saturday in 10 innings.
It’s the first time a player has homered four times since J.D. Martinez did it for the Diamondbacks in 2017. Three of those blasts were solo shots, including the game-tying homer against Raisel Iglesias to tie the record. Per Jayson Stark of The Athletic, Suárez had four homers in this game, and five singles on the season. The question now becomes when — if ever — we’ll see a five-homer game.

Mariners activated RHP Logan Gilbert from the 15-day injured list.
Gilbert returns from the first-ever injured list stint of his career to take the ball for Monday’s series opener against a new-look Red Sox lineup without slugger Rafael Devers. The 28-year-old fantasy ace wound up missing just over seven weeks with a flexor strain in his right elbow. He shouldn’t have any restrictions from a workload or pitch count standpoint after throwing 72 pitches last week in his final rehab outing for Triple-A Tacoma.
Fantasy impact of Ohtani returning to mound
James Schiano explains the fantasy implications of Shohei Ohtani being expected to make his Dodgers pitching debut Monday night, sharing how fantasy baseball team managers should handle Ohtani's return to the mound.

Mariners optioned RHP Jackson Kowar to Triple-A Tacoma.
Kowar returns to the minors to free up a spot on Seattle’s roster for ace Logan Gilbert to return from the injured list. The 28-year-old righty allowed just two runs over 8 2/3 innings (seven appearances) during a brief stint with the club dating back to May 28.
  • BOS Center Fielder #19
Roman Anthony is in right field and batting third on Monday against the Mariners.
Whether he’s ready or not, Anthony is Boston’s de factor face of the franchise in the wake of the club’s stunning decision to jettison slugger Rafael Devers to San Francisco on Sunday night. The 21-year-old prodigy has been moved up to the third spot for Monday’s series opener in Seattle after hitting fifth in four consecutive games to open his big-league career. It’s a significant development from a fantasy perspective as the move should lead to an uptick in run-producing opportunities as the Red Sox’ primary middle-of-the-order threat.
  • CWS Right Fielder #47
White Sox sent OF Joshua Palacios outright to Triple-A Charlotte.
Palacios will stick around with Chicago as extra organizational depth after being removed last Friday from the club’s 40-man roster. The 29-year-old outfielder hit .203 (26-for-128) with three homers and nine RBI across 51 games this season in his White Sox debut. He’s appeared in 207 games in the big leagues dating back to 2021.
  • MIA Starting Pitcher #29
Braxton Garrett (elbow) is scheduled to start a throwing program this week.
Garrett has been on the shelf since undergoing a revision procedure on the UCL in his left elbow back in January. The 27-year-old southpaw is highly unlikely to make it back before the end of the regular season, but it’s undoubtedly a positive sign that he’s going to resume throwing again. He should be a full-go for spring training.
  • PHI Right Fielder #3
Bryce Harper (elbow) did not travel with the Phillies for this week’s four-game series against the division-rival Marlins.
Phillies manager Rob Thomson told reporters Harper isn’t dealing with any sort of setback. The organization simply decided that having him remain back in Philadelphia would be more beneficial for his ongoing rehabilitation process. The 32-year-old fantasy stalwart hit the injured list back in early June with right wrist inflammation, but it sounds like there’s a chance he could return to the Phillies’ lineup at some point before the end of the month. There should be a more definitive return timetable once he’s able to resume swinging a bat pain-free.
  • BAL Left Fielder #17
Colton Cowser (general soreness) is back in the lineup for Monday’s series opener against the Rays.
Cowser is in left field and batting eighth on Monday night following a three-game absence stemming from a collision with the center-field wall during last Thursday’s showdown against the Tigers. The 25-year-old outfielder is hitting .219 (7-for-32) with two homers in nine games since returning from the injured list back on June 3.
  • BAL 1st Baseman #32
Ryan O’Hearn (ankle) is in the lineup for Monday’s series opener against the Rays.
O’Hearn sat out a pair of contests over the weekend with left ankle soreness. The 31-year-old slugger is back at first base and batting fifth on Monday evening with rookie Coby Mayo getting the night off.
  • NYY Relief Pitcher #61
Jake Cousins will undergo season-ending Tommy John surgery.
Yankees manager Aaron Boone told reporters Cousins will undergo the season-ending procedure on Wednesday after being shut down from throwing last week with renewed elbow discomfort. It’s a definite hit to New York’s relief depth as Cousins compiled a sparkling 2.37 ERA across 38 innings (37 appearances) last year in his Yankees debut. He figures to miss most of the 2026 season as well, given the timing of the procedure.
  • WSH 2nd Baseman #2
Luis García Jr. is not in the lineup for Monday’s series opener against the Rockies.
García takes a seat along with fellow left-handed batter Nathaniel Lowe, while switch-hitters Josh Bell and Keibert Ruiz are also on the bench on Monday night with rookie southpaw Carson Palmquist taking the ball for Washington.
