Marlins OF prospect Jakob Marsee went 4-for-4 with a walk, a double, two RBI, three runs scored, and three steals for Triple-A Jacksonville on Tuesday.
It was quite an impressive day for Marsee, who was one of the prospects the Marlins acquired in the Luis Arraez trade. The 23-year-old now has 36 steals on the season; however, that also comes with a .210 batting average, .681 OPS, and just 16 RBI. The speed is enticing, but he’ll need to show more with the bat before he can be a real threat for MLB playing time.
