Bryan Woo held the Rangers to one run over seven innings while striking out seven to get a win Saturday.
Woo allowed a walk and three straight hits to open the game. He didn’t allow another free pass in the contest, and gave up just three more knocks in another impressive contest for the 25-year-old. He threw 61-of-91 pitches for strikes, and he lowered his ERA to a nifty 2.75 over four starts. Woo sometimes gets forgotten about in the loaded Mariner rotation, but he shouldn’t. He’s scheduled to face the Blue Jays on Friday.
