Landon Knack is with the Dodgers in Washington D.C. for Monday’s visit to the White House.
He’s yet to be officially recalled, but he has been thought to be a candidate to start at some point this week. The Dodgers need starters for both Tuesday and Wednesday, though they could go with a bullpen game on Wednesday if Tuesday’s game goes smoothly. Justin Wrobleski, currently in Triple-A, is one possibility to start on Tuesday; he’d be on six days’ rest then. Knack would be on four days’ rest following his last Triple-A start, so he might be more in line for Wednesday. Bobby Miller isn’t an option, since he pitched on Sunday.
