Zach Neto went 2-for-4 with a double, a walk, and was caught stealing twice on Wednesday against the White Sox.
Neto will be a great player if he can ever rein himself in and play with a little more control. He was caught stealing second in the first inning with Taylor Ward on third, who didn’t break for home, and the Angels wound up not scoring that inning. Then, he was picked off trying to steal third base with two outs in the third. Both were unnecessarily aggressive and almost felt like him trying to pad his stats. Fantasy managers would’ve loved a few nonsense stolen bases if Neto was able to convert them.
