The 24-year-old has also played the outfield at the Low-A and High-A level. Dodson tossed 56 1/3 innings last season and posted a 2.50 ERA and 10.66 K/9 in High-A before being promoted to Double-A at the end of the season.

No word yet on the financial terms of the agreement. The 30-year-old former top prospect was acquired from the Phillies in early November in exchange for cash considerations. After missing the entire 2022 season and being limited to only 12 2/3 innings at the big league level in 2023 while battling back from injury, Crochet stepped into the White Sox’ rotation in 2024 and performed as one of the top overall pitchers in all of baseball. The 25-year-old left-hander compiled a 3.58 ERA, 1.07 WHIP and a 209/33 K/BB ratio across just 146 innings in his 32 starts. A very popular name in off-season trade talks, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Crochet donning a new jersey before the 2025 season begins.

The 35-year-old southpaw managed to stay healthy in his first season with the Braves and delivered perhaps the finest season of his career — registering a 2.38 ERA, 1.01 WHIP and a 225/39 K/BB ratio over 177 2/3 innings in his 29 starts. He’s expected to add to his mantle during this award season, as Sale is listed as the favorite to bring home the Cy Young Award in the National League for the first time in his career.

The 20-year-old backstop came out of the gate hot and never slowed down — slashing a blistering .433/.509/.867 with 10 homers, 27 RBI and a 21/15 K/BB ratio over 90 at-bats in his 25 games for the Scottsdale Scorpions. The Tigers sent Briceño to Arizona to get some extra work in after a sprained right knee limited him to just 40 games at Single-A Lakeland. In doing so, they got to see Briceño’s effortless power shine through as he took the league by storm and increased his prospect pedigree.

The dynamic 21-year-old sustained the injury when he crashed into the outfield fence while chasing a fly ball. No word yet on the severity of the sprain, but Mets’ officials are optimistic that it won’t hinder his regular off-season routine. Williams finishes the fall season hitting .225/.376/.388 with a pair of homers, nine RBI, seven stolen bases and a 30/17 K/BB ratio over 80 at-bats in his 22 games.

The 28-year-old Pennsylvania native returns home after spending six seasons toiling in the minor leagues for the Padres’ organization. Mosser spent the entire 2024 campaign at Triple-A El Paso where he compiled a 5.40 ERA, 1.46 WHIP and a 103/48 K/BB ratio over 133 1/3 innings in his 28 appearances (26 starts). He’ll serve as extra rotation depth for the Phillies.

The 23-year-old spent the first six years of his minor league career in the Guardians’ organization. In 2024, he slashed an anemic .221/.296/.338 with eight homers, 49 RBI, three stolen bases and an 80/36 K/BB ratio across 405 plate appearances at Double-A Akron. He’ll add organizational infield depth for the Dodgers.
