Dončić has the fifth-highest scoring average in league history for players on their birthday, but his start to Saturday’s game was a bit subdued. He shot 4-of-10 from the field in the first half, instead appearing to make a more concerted effort to get his teammates going. The Lakers put up 65 points in the first half and weren’t challenged after halftime, leading to Dončić playing just 28 minutes. The Lakers play four games in Week 19, starting with the Pelicans on Tuesday.
Zion Williamson

Zion Williamson (ankle) will not return to Saturday’s game against the Jazz.

Williamson sprained his right ankle early in the second quarter of Saturday’s game, and the Pelicans have ruled him out for the rest of the night. In 11 minutes, he recorded four points, one rebound and two assists. New Orleans visits the Clippers on Sunday, so they may have to account for the absence of a starter. If Dejounte Murray plays on Sunday and Zion doesn’t, Bryce McGowens could get another start. Jeremiah Fears, who played well during the first half, replaced Williamson in the lineup to begin the third quarter.
Will Riley

Will Riley finished Saturday’s loss to the Raptors with 19 points (6-of-10 FGs, 6-of-7 FTs), four rebounds, three assists and one three-pointer.

While Kyshawn George’s return pushed Riley back to the bench, the rookie still played starters’ minutes on Saturday. Not only did he lead the Wizards in points and minutes, but Riley was also the only player on the team to surpass 30 minutes. Even if Riley continues to come off the bench, playing time should not be an issue, given that multiple players — including George — are under minutes restrictions and the Wizards’ focus on holding onto their first-round pick. Washington plays four games in Week 19, starting with the Rockets on Monday.
Immanuel Quickley

Immanuel Quickley finished Saturday’s win over the Wizards with 27 points (10-of-15 FGs, 5-of-5 FTs), two rebounds, 11 assists and two three-pointers.

A game that, on paper, looked like it should be a blowout proved to be competitive throughout. And that was good news for those who have Quickley rostered, as he played 37 of a possible 48 minutes. After failing to record an assist in a game for the first time this season in Wednesday’s loss to the Spurs, the Raptors’ guard racked up 11 on Saturday. Quickley’s double-double was his seventh of the season and first since January 20, when he put up 40 points and 10 rebounds in a win over the Warriors. Toronto plays three games in Week 19, starting with the Knicks on Tuesday.
Will Richard

Will Richard (ankle) will not return to Saturday’s game against the Lakers.

Richard sprained his right ankle during the first quarter and has been ruled out for the rest of the night. While his absence does not significantly affect fantasy basketball, it does leave the Warriors down another rotation guard. Pat Spencer’s playing time is likely to increase with Richard done for the night. The rookie finishes with four points, one rebound and one blocked shot in five minutes.
Blake Hinson

UTA Forward #2

Keyonte George, Ace Bailey, Cody Williams, Blake Hinson and Kyle Filipowski will start Saturday’s game against the Pelicans.

George is back in the lineup after missing six games with a sprained right ankle, pushing Isaiah Collier to the bench. The other change to the lineup is Hinson, who replaces John Konchar in the starting five.
Bryce McGowens

NOP Guard #11

Herb Jones, Bryce McGowens, Saddiq Bey, Zion Williams and DeAndre Jordan will start Saturday’s game against the Jazz.

The Pelicans won’t have Dejounte Murray for Saturday’s game, as he is sitting for injury management reasons. McGowens moves into the starting lineup, which gives him some value as a deep-league streamer, but he is not a must-stream player.

Haynes’ report is further confirmation of this, with Garland having already been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Pelicans. Given the time that he’s missed, the point guard will likely be under a minutes restriction for his first few games back.
Kawhi Leonard

Kawhi Leonard (ankle) is not on the injury report for Sunday’s game against the Pelicans.

Leonard, who missed Thursday’s loss to the Timberwolves with a sore left ankle, did not participate in Saturday’s practice due to an illness. But he has been removed from the injury report for Sunday’s game, which means that the Clippers star will be available. Bennedict Mathurin is likely headed to the bench, but he should still be rostered in most leagues.
