Eagles selected Boston College C Drew Kendall with the No. 168 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Kendall (6’4/308) started 31 consecutive games at center for Boston College. He stands out as a pass blocker, is quick off the ball, and has good awareness, peeling off from one guy to the other. He posted an 81.5 PFF grade as a pass blocker, giving up just one sack and two QB hits in 2024. He does tend to have late reactions when his opponents come at him quickly, which causes Kendall to panic and get pushed around a bit. As a run blocker, Kendall is quick off the ball and is physical, posting a 75.9 PFF grade. He’s aggressive when he pulls and shows a high motor off the ball. Kendall does well as a zone blocker. He has fluid hips and shows a good amount of upper body strength; however, there are times where Kendall isn’t as physical in zone blocking schemes, causing him to lose leverage. Overall, Kendall is more of a mid round prospect, but he brings plenty of experience to the table, and his skill set would make a good depth piece on an NFL team.

Boston College received a verbal commitment from four-star 2021 OL Drew Kendall.
Kendall was coveted by just about every program in the eastern half of the States. Michigan, Duke, Penn State, Virginia, and a slew of others all seemed to be high on Kendall’s priority list. In the end, it was Jeff Hafley and Boston College who swung in to secure Kendall. At 6-foot-4 and 255-pounds, Kendall is too light to play right away, but the hope is that a year or two in a good weight program will get him into good shape for the FBS.

Rivals’ Adam Friedman writes that Michigan looks to have a “commanding lead” for uncommitted four-star 2021 G Drew Kendall.
“Michigan has done a great job showing consistent interest in [Kendall] along with building a very strong relationship with him and his family,” Friedman writes of the 6-foot-4, 255-pounder while adding that he has “even been in touch with teachers at the school to make sure he feels comfortable with the academic plan at Michigan.” Looking beyond the Wolverines in the pole position, Friedman ranks the other contenders (in order) as Stanford, Boston College and Penn State. Duke and Virginia are also potentially in play as dark horses, here. Rivals ranks the Boston native as the No. 65 overall prospect in the 2021 class.

Uncommitted four-star 2021 G Drew Kendall will take an unofficial visit to Duke on March 7.
Kendall (6'4/255) initially planned on visiting Duke prior to the February dead period, but ended up rescheduling for March. Michigan, UVA and Stanford could also see spring visits from the Dedham, Massachusetts, native, though nothing is set in stone on those fronts as of yet. While Kendall will need to add a fair bit of weight for the rigors of college ball, he already plays with palatable attitude and physicality. On the 247Sports composite board, Kendall slots in as the No. 62 overall prospect in the 2021 class.
