Washington activated WR Antonio Gandy-Golden (hamstring) from injured reserve.
Gandy-Golden has been sidelined since Week 6. He’s practiced with the team the last couple weeks and should be active Sunday against the Panthers. Washington released Dontrelle Inman to make room for Gandy-Golden. The fourth-round rookie should see most of his snaps in four-wide sets.

  • FA Wide Receiver #80
Dontrelle Inman caught his only target for 15 yards in Washington’s Week 12 win over the Cowboys.
Washington is using a heavy rotation behind Terry McLaurin at receiver. Inman led that group in receiving yards, but it was only 15 yards. Cam Sims, Steven Sims, Isaiah Wright, and Inman are all off the radar with the offense condensing on McLaurin and Antonio Gibson.

  • FA Wide Receiver #80
Washington declared WR Jeff Badet, WR Dontrelle Inman, OT Cornelius Lucas, DE Ryan Anderson, LB Jared Norris, and S Deshazor Everett inactive for Week 11 against the Bengals.
WR Robert Foster will be active for the first time for Washington. Inman will miss a third consecutive game. In his absence, Cam Sims has established a decent rapport with Alex Smith. Sims is well behind Terry McLaurin and Logan Thomas in the Washington pass catching pecking order though. He should be treated as a WR4 against the Bengals.

  • FA Wide Receiver #18
Washington WR Isaiah Wright (illness) is questionable for Week 11 against the Bengals.
As is Dontrelle Inman. Steven Sims saw an increase in snaps (40, 45%) and targets (6) in only his second game back from injured reserve Sunday and would be in line for more opportunity if either Wright and/or Inman were to sit.

  • FA Wide Receiver #80
Washington declared QB Kyle Allen, WR Dontrelle Inman, OT Geron Christian Sr., WR Robert Foster, LB Jared Norris, and LB Thomas Davis Sr. inactive for Week 10 against Detroit.
With Inman out last week, Cam Sims played 74 percent of Washington’s offensive snaps and saw four targets, second most among Washington wideouts. Sims is a desperation flex play today against the Lions. Alex Smith will get the start for Washington. Smith, as per usual, is a low-ceiling superflex option against the Lions.

  • FA Wide Receiver #80
Washington Football Team WR Dontrelle Inman (hamstring) is inactive for Week 9 against the Giants.
Inman’s shut down comes as Steven Sims (toe) returns. It won’t make any difference in fantasy for QB2 desperado Kyle Allen. Also inactive for the Football Team are QB Dwayne Haskins, WR Tony Brown, WR Robert Foster, LB Thomas Davis, OT Geron Christian and DE Casey Toohill.

  • FA Wide Receiver #80
Washington WR Dontrelle Inman (hamstring) is doubtful for Week 9 against the Giants.
Inman didn’t practice all week. He’s been the team’s nominal WR2 behind Terry McLaurin, though Logan Thomas has been ahead of Inman in the pass game pecking order. Steve Sims, expected back this week, could serve as Washington’s No. 2 wideout against the Giants. Sims would be a hail mary WR4/5 option.

  • FA Wide Receiver #80
Washington WR Dontrelle Inman (hamstring) did not practice Thursday.
Inman, who has 17 catches on 27 targets this season, looks iffy to play this week against the Giants. It doesn’t matter much for fantasy purposes since the Football Team passing game runs through Terry McLaurin and Logan Thomas. Antonio Gandy-Golden might see a bump in usage if Inman is out.

  • PIT Quarterback #3
Washington declared WR Isaiah Wright (shoulder), DE James Smith-Williams (concussion), RT Geron Christian (knee), QB Dwayne Haskins, WR Robert Foster (pre-entry COVID testing), LB Thomas Davis, and DE Casey Toohill inactive for Week 7 against the Cowboys.
Haskins is once again a healthy scratch almost a month after losing the Football Team’s starting QB gig. The team fined Haskins this week for violating COVID-19 policy after he made a reservation for a family friend at the team hotel. Kyle Allen will make another start and Alex Smith will serve as his backup. Losing Wright and Antonio Gandy-Golden -- who was recently placed on injured reserve -- should open up a little more opportunity for Dontrelle Inman as the team’s WR2.

  • FA Wide Receiver #18
Washington WR Isaiah Wright (shoulder) is out for Week 7 against the Cowboys.
Wright has played 71 percent of the Football Team’s offensive snaps over the past four games, seeing the second-most receiver targets behind Terry McLaurin. Wright and Antonio Gandy-Golden (hamstring) being inactive for Washington could mean a few more opportunities for Dontrelle Inman this week against Dallas.
