The Bucks have waived De’Andre Bembry.
Bembry is out for the season after undergoing right knee surgery. The Bucks have opened a roster spot with this move but it’s unclear who they have their eyes on for now.

De’Andre Bembry (knee) has been ruled out for the rest of the season.
Bembry suffered a right knee injury in Saturday night’s loss to the Golden State Warriors. Since joining the Bucks he has played nearly 10 minutes per game. Jordan Nwora is expected to absorb those minutes in his absence.

De’Andre Bembry suffered a right knee injury during Saturday’s loss to the Warriors and did not return to the game.
Bembry played just four minutes before exiting the game, going scoreless with one steal. He hasn’t offered much in the way of fantasy value when healthy, so his injury will not have an impact in that regard. But if Bembry has to miss time the Bucks would take a hit depth-wise, especially with Pat Connaughton (hand) still sidelined.

DeAndre’ Bembry (left thumb soreness) is not listed on the NBA injury report and is set to make his Bucks debut against the Nets on Saturday.
Bembry is a nice guy to have come off a title contender’s bench, but his new landing spot does no favors for his already lackluster fantasy contributions.

DeAndre’ Bembry (left thumb soreness) will not play vs. Philly on Thursday.
Bembry will provide some emergency depth for the Bucks once he’s cleared but we’re not expecting much fantasy value.

The Bucks are “closing in” on a deal with DeAndre’ Bembry, Adrian Wojnarowski reported on Tuesday.
Bembry had been a solid piece for the Nets this year before they waived him to make room during the Harden-Simmons blockbuster deal. Bembry should receive minutes for Milwaukee and be a solid role player, but likely won’t warrant a roster spot in fantasy hoops. Bembry has provided 19th round value this season.

The Nets are waiving DeAndre’ Bembry, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
The Nets need to make room on their roster in order to complete the trade headlined by Ben Simmons and James Harden, so Bembry is the roster casualty. The sixth-year pro appeared in 48 games for Brooklyn (20 starts), averaging 5.8 points, 3.2 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 1.0 steals, 0.5 blocks, and 0.3 3-pointers in 19.8 minutes per. While the numbers weren’t particularly impressive, Bembry was a solid contributor when called upon due to injury.

DeAndre’ Bembry shot 3-of-12 from the field in Tuesday’s loss to the Celtics, tallying six points, three rebounds, and one assist in 20 minutes.
After coming off the bench in each of Brooklyn’s last four games, Bembry made his 20th start of the season Tuesday night. And he had a rough night. In addition to shooting a putrid 3-of-12 from the field, Bembry was also whistled for five fouls. Brooklyn returns to action Thursday night in Washington, and one Bembry or Bruce Brown will come off the bench due to the return of Kyrie Irving. And if James Harden (hamstring) is cleared, both will be with the reserves. Bembry’s at the point where he shouldn’t be streamed when given the opportunity to start.

Cam Thomas came off the bench to hit 8-of-14 shots and four 3-pointers for a career-high 25 points, one rebound and one assist in Wednesday’s 124-118 loss to the Nuggets.
Kyrie Irving, James Harden, Kevin Durant and Nic Claxton were all out fo the Nets tonight and Thomas got hot off the bench, tying his career high with the four triples. His peripheral stats were nonexistent but he’s worth keeping an eye on as long as the Nets are banged up. Kessler Edwards scored nine, LaMarcus Aldridge had 18 points and eight boards, Patty Mills had 21 and four triples, Deandre Bembry scored 14 and Jevon Carter added 13 points in the loss. The Nets are heading on a five-game road trip starting Saturday so they’ll get Irving back (after Saturday’s game at Golden State), while Harden is day-to-day with his tight hamstring, meaning Thomas’ run could be a short one.

LaMarcus Aldridge looked good again in a win over the Spurs on Friday, scoring 16 points on 8-of-14 shooting with seven rebounds, two assists and one block in 22 minutes.
LMA went nuts for 27 points in Wednesday’s win over the Wizards, and he’s looked really good over his last three. Nic Claxton (hamstring) remains out which probably helps Aldridge’s case a bit, but he’s still doing enough to warrant rostering in nearly all leagues. Aldridge returning seventh-round value is not something we expected from a guy that wasn’t even drafted everywhere, so congratulations if you scooped him up. DeAndre’ Bembry returned from some back issues but was invisible with two points in nine minutes and isn’t an option with some other younger Nets outplaying him.
