  • TOR Shooting Guard #5
Immanuel Quickley (rest) and D.J. Carton (right ankle sprain) are out for Sunday’s game against the Heat.
Carton’s continued absence does not impact fantasy basketball or the Raptors’ rotation. As for Quickley, his 2023-24 season was defined by an in-season trade from New York to Toronto. The move opened things up for the third-year guard, who provided 6th-round per-game value in 9-cat formats from January 1 onward. Quickley will be a restricted free agent this summer, and the expectation is that Toronto will do all it can to re-sign him. He’ll have a prominent role wherever he lands and is worth selecting with a middle-round pick in standard leagues.
  • TOR Point Guard #3
D.J. Carton (right ankle sprain) is out for Friday’s game against the Heat.
Carton’s continued absence will not impact fantasy basketball, as he is not in the Raptors rotation when healthy.
  • TOR Point Guard #3
D.J. Carton (right ankle sprain) has been ruled out for Tuesday’s game against the Pacers.
Carton has only appeared in four games since signing with the Raptors, his most recent action occurring on March 5. His continued absence will not impact active fantasy leagues.
  • TOR Point Guard #3
D.J. Carton (right ankle sprain) will remain sidelined for Sunday’s game against the Wizards.
Carton will miss another game on Sunday, but his continued absence will have little impact on the team’s rotation.
  • TOR Point Guard #3
D.J. Carton (right ankle sprain) will remain sidelined for Friday’s game against the Bucks.
Carton’s continued absence will not have an impact on fantasy basketball whatsoever.
  • TOR Small Forward #9
RJ Barrett (rest), Ochai Agbaji (right hip contusion) and D.J. Carton (right ankle sprain) have been ruled out for Wednesday’s game against Minnesota.
Barrett made his return to the lineup after missing the team’s previous nine games, but he will sit out the second night of a back-to-back. With Agbaji and Carton remaining sidelined once again, Gary Trent Jr. should start in place of Barrett after sitting out on Tuesday.
  • TOR Point Guard #3
D.J. Carton (right ankle sprain) won’t play against the Knicks on Wednesday.
Carton, who has appeared in just four games this year, is set to miss yet another contest. The Raptors point guard’s absence will help Javon Freeman-Liberty continue to play a significant role for Toronto while Immanuel Quickley (conditioning) ramps up for a return to the hardwood.
  • TOR Shooting Guard #5
Immanuel Quickley (personal reasons), Jontay Porter (personal reasons) and D.J. Carton (right ankle sprain) will be out for Monday’s matchup with the Nets.
No surprises here as none of the trio have been given a timeline to return. Toronto’s most recent starting five was Kelly Olynyk, Gary Trent Jr., Jahmi’us Ramsey, Ochai Agbaji and Gradey Dick, with Bruce Brown logging 33 minutes off the bench. Trent Jr. and Olynyk have been the most reliable streamers, and none of the other players mentioned are worth adds in 12-team leagues.
  • TOR Shooting Guard #33
Gary Trent Jr. (lower back stiffness) is probable for Saturday’s matchup with the Wizards, while Immanuel Quickley (personal) and D.J. Carton (right ankle sprain) are sidelined.
GTJ sat out Friday, but it looks like he’s poised to return for the second game of Toronto’s back-to-back set. Quickley and Carton both remain without timelines to return, and they’re among a handful of notable absences, including RJ Barrett, Jakob Poeltl and Scottie Barnes.
  • TOR Shooting Guard #5
Immanuel Quickley (personal reasons) and D.J. Carton (right ankle sprain) have been ruled out for Wednesday’s game against the Kings.
Carton’s continued absence will not impact fantasy basketball, as he has not been a rotation player when healthy. As for Quickley, this leaves Toronto without two of its three starters on the perimeter, as RJ Barrett (personal) is also away from the team. Due to the absences, Bruce Brown, Javon Freeman-Liberty, and Jahmi’us Ramsey should all play more minutes.
