Eagles TE Cornelius Ingram (ACL surgery) participated in individual drills during last weekend’s minicamp.
Ingram projects as a backup pass-catching tight end, as long as he can prove he’s healthy. All reports about his rehab have been positive, so we expect him to be a full go for training camp.
  • FA Tight End #82
Eagles TE Cornelius Ingram (ACL surgeries) is a full participant at OTAs.
It remains to be seen how two ACL tears in as many years will affect Ingram’s once-dangerous speed. A first- to second-day talent who fell to round five of the 2009 draft, Ingram is competing for backup snaps with Martin Rucker.
  • FA Tight End #82
Eagles TE Cornelius Ingram’s surgically repaired knee has held up well in the first two days of OTAs this week.
Ingram has been cutting, running full speed, and even making catches that required “some tumbling.” He won’t be a fantasy factor in 2010, but he’s talented enough for Dynasty leaguers to track his progress.
  • FA Tight End #82
If Cornelius Ingram is healthy, he’ll be the Eagles’ “clear” No. 2 tight end, according to Sheil Kapadia of Philly.com.
Ingram, coming off two ACL surgeries, is essentially an oversized wideout when healthy. He offers very little blocking ability, but is expected to beat out Martin Rucker and rookie Clay Harbor for the No. 2 role if 100 percent.
  • FA Tight End #82
Florida TE Cornelius Ingram has decided to stay in school for his senior season.
Ingram got a third-round grade from the NFL Draft Advisory Committee. He should probably stay in the weight room to add strength to his 235-pound frame if Ingram hopes to be an every-down player in the league.

The Palm Beach Post disputes a Yahoo Sports report that Florida TE Cornelius Ingram has decided to enter the 2008 NFL Draft.
Ingram will make his decision early this week. He received a first-day grade from the Draft Advisory Council, so there’s a good chance Ingram will still opt for the pros. He tied for the Gators’ team lead in receptions last season.
  • FA Tight End #82
Florida TE Cornelius Ingram has declared for the 2008 NFL Draft.
Ingram played hoops for the Gators early in his college career and is a sensational athlete, but will be a ‘tweener by NFL tight end standards at 6'4/235. Depending on how he runs at the Combine, Ingram could be asked to shed some weight and switched to wide receiver in the pros.
  • FA Tight End #82
Eagles agreed to terms with fifth-round TE Cornelius Ingram on a four-year contract, including a $183,000 signing bonus.
Ingram showed flashes at Florida before his senior year was washed out by an ACL tear. He’s coming from a heavy spread offense and has next to no experience as a blocker. Ingram is basically just an athlete with knee question marks and poses no immediate threat to Brent Celek’s starting job.
  • FA Tight End #82
Eagles rookie TE Cornelius Ingram has been providing “goosebump moments” during this week’s practice.
Ingram is a bipedal tool shed, so it’s not surprising that he’s dominating practices without pads. Now almost a year removed from ACL surgery, Ingram has a chance to entrench himself as Brent Celek’s backup if his performance carries over to the preseason. He’s only got Matt Schobel to beat out.
  • FA Tight End #82
Eagles selected Florida TE Cornelius Ingram with the No. 153 overall pick in the NFL Draft.
Ingram missed all of his senior season with a torn ACL and NFL Network’s Mike Mayock reported Sunday that there is concern he may need the knee operated on again. Like they did with Jack Ikegwuonu last year, the Birds may stash Ingram on I.R. for his rookie season. Brent Celek’s job looks very safe.
