All has been quiet on the Carlisle front for quite a while. He met with Seattle in March and Oakland and Miami also reportedly have interest.

    Raiders re-signed OG Cooper Carlisle.
Carlisle was cut last week in order to save cap space, and is likely returning for the veteran’s minimum. Carlisle turns 35 before the season. He won’t be a starter in 2012, and may have to show well in camp just to make the team.

Raiders RG Cooper Carlisle has slipped in each of the last two years, according to beat writer Jerry McDonald.
The Raiders are likely hoping that Khalif Barnes or project rookie Bruce Campbell will beat out Carlisle, but we don’t see it happening. Carlisle, entering his age-33 season, will get the chance to stave off his decline.

Free agent G Cooper Carlisle is visiting with the Bucs Saturday.
Carlisle, 31, has thrived in the zone blocking scheme that offensive coordinator Jeff Jagodzinksi is installing in Tampa. The move is curious, however, in that the Bucs are set at guard with Davin Joseph and Arron Sears.
