Ravens signed No. 30 overall pick CB Nate Wiggins to a four-year contract.
The Ravens have wasted little time signing their 2024 rookie class. In addition to getting Wiggins under contract, the Ravens also signed OT Roger Rosengarten, CB T.J. Tampa, and S Sanoussi Kane. Wiggins is an undersized but speedy corner who will help solidify a secondary that’s led by 27-year-old Marlon Humphrey and a rising star in safety Kyle Hamilton. Wiggins won’t be tasked with CB1 duties as long as Humphrey is healthy and has a chance to bolster an already solid Ravens secondary.
  • Ravens selected Washington OT Roger Rosengarten with the No. 62 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.
Rosengarten has held down the right tackle spot for the Washington Huskies for the past two years, including their magical College Football Playoff run in 2023 where he earned Honorable Mention All-Pac 12 honors. A plus athlete (92nd percentile RAS) with average length and strength, he was the blind-side protector for Washington as Michael Penix Jr. is left-handed. Rosengarten carries his weight evenly, but measures in a bit light for his tall frame at 308 pounds and at his best in space when he is asked to mirror a speed rusher. Rosengarten has good fundamentals, possessing a good understanding of assignment and recovery. His hand accuracy may be about average, but his counter moves along with the smooth feet to keep him in the correct positioning allow him to overcome stronger and longer defenders for shorter periods of time. In the run game, Rosengarten will be an asset when asked to be a puller, using his swift feet to quickly determine his assignment and set his angle. He should compete for the starting right tackle job, and will see playing time as a swing tackle if he doesn’t earn it.

Uncommitted four-star 2020 T Roger Rosengarten is taking an official visit to Washington this weekend.
We’ve got ourselves an old fashioned mano-a-mano showdown between two conference foes with Rosengarten, as the two finalists to land the 6-foot-7, 275-pounder are Oregon and Washington. He took his official visit to Eugene last weekend -- by all accounts it went over very well -- and will now head over to Seattle as Coach Pete and crew look to make their best pitch. On the 247Sports composite board, the Littleton, Colorado, native ranks as the No. 111 overall prospect in the 2020 class. While he has not yet officially set a commitment date, it’s difficult to see this recruitment stretching out too much longer. Outlet analyst Blair Angulo calls Rosengarten “one of the more athletic and nimble blockers in the country.”

Uncommitted four-star 2020 T Roger Rosengarten has cut his list down to Oregon and Washington.
Rosengarten (6'7/275) is considered to be one of the top offensive tackles in the Class of 2020, with 247Sports ranking him the 11th-best prospect at the position. The Valor Christian HS (Highlands Ranch, CO) offensive tackle is due to visit both Oregon and Washington officially in the coming weeks, with the trip to Eugene scheduled for May 31 with the Huskies set to host Rosengarten the following weekend. Iowa, Michigan and Ohio State have also been factors in Rosengarten’s recruitment, but he appears headed to the Pac-12 unless there’s a sudden change of heart.

The father of uncommitted four-star 2020 T Roger Rosengarten had nothing but nice things to say about Washington after the standout’s official visit last weekend.
Rosengarten (6'7/275) cut his list down to Oregon and Washington earlier in the spring, with the Ducks hosting he and his family the first weekend of June. Last weekend it was Washington’s turn, and both of the four-star offensive tackle’s parents had positive things to say about the trip to Seattle. "(Offensive line) Coach (Scott) Huff does an amazing job and explained to us how his blocking scheme works and why it works,” Ray Rosengarten told 247Sports’ Blair Angulo. “I really like it. For me, the developmental part is there.” Roger Rosengarten is expected to announce his college choice Friday morning, with both the Oregon and Washington programs having made positive impressions on he and his family.

Uncommitted four-star 2020 T Roger Rosengarten had nothing but nice things to say about his official visit to Oregon.
Oregon is one of two finalists for Rosengarten (6'7/275), with Washington being the other. The four-star offensive tackle enjoyed his visit to Eugene, and he also noted that the coaching staff did not make any promises regarding his potential playing time. “The coaches didn’t tell I’ll be starting right away if I were to go there, but if I buy into the program and believe, I know there’s a great strength staff in place and sky is the limit,” Rosengarten told Blair Angulo of 247Sports. Rosengarten, one of the top offensive tackle prospects in the 2020 class, is scheduled to take his official visit to Washington on June 7.

Washington received a verbal commitment from four-star 2020 T Roger Rosengarten.

He makes for the the program’s sixth commitment in the 2020 class. 247Sports analyst Blair Angulo views the Littleton, Colorado, native as one of the “more active and nimble” offensive line prospects for the cycle, noting that Rosengarten “consistently reaches the second level in run support, is quick to set his base in pass protection, and repeatedly shows toughness and relentless as a player with a high motor.” On the 247Sports composite board, Rosengarten lands as the No. 92 overall prospect in the 2020 class.
